Պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2017-2020 թվականների ծրագրի նպատակը մասնավորեցման հանվող գույքի արդյունավետ կառավարման ապահովումն է: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանը: «Այն կազմակերպությունները, որոնք ծրագրով հանվելու են մասնավորեցման, արդյունավետ չեն կառավարվում, խնդիրներ ունեն, ուստի դրանց արդյունավետ կառավարումն ապահովելու համար մասնավորեցման ցանկում ենք ներառել: Ես միշտ ասել եմ, որ մասնավորն ավելի լավ կառավարիչ է, քան պետությունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Սահակյանը:
Հարցին, թե ծրագրով մասնավորեցման հանված կազմակերպություններից որո՞նք ընդհանրապես չեն աշխատում, Արման Սահակյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես արդեն հայտարարել եմ, որ մասնավորեցման ցանկում ներառված 47 կազմակերպություններից 23-ը պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2006-2007 թվականների ծրագրից եկածներն են: Այսինքն, դրանց մասնավորեցմանը Ազգային ժողովն արդեն իսկ հավանություն տվել է: Բնական է, եթե 2006-2007 թվականների ծրագրում դեռևս կան չմասնավորեցված կազմակերպություններ, դրանք հիմնականում չաշխատող ընկերություններ են»:
