Երևանի Աբովյան և Արամի փողոցների որոշ հատվածներ ճանաչվեցին հանրային գերակա շահ

Կառավարությունը Երևանի Աբովյան փողոցի 4, Արամի փողոցի 30 շ., թիվ 4, Արամի փողոցի 30 շ., թիվ 22 հասցեներում պարփակված տարածքների նկատմամբ ճանաչեց բացառիկ հանրային շահ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ըստ հիմնավորման, նշված տարածքում քաղաքաշինական ծրագրի իրականացման շահը գերակայում է օտարվող սեփականության սեփականատերերի շահերից, քանի որ «սույն որոշման հավելվածներում նշված տարածքում քաղաքաշինական ծրագրի իրականացմամբ Երևանի կենտրոնից կվերանա կիսախարխուլ, ոչ սեյսմակայուն, տարերայնորեն տեղակայված, ոչ բավարար խտությամբ և հիմնականում վթարային հանդիսացող բնակելի ֆոնդը, որի փոխարեն պետք է կառուցվի բազմաֆունկցիոնալ կառույց և ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղի»:
Ողջ տարածքը կառուցապատման քաղաքաշինական ծրագրերի շրջանակներում պետք է բարեկարգվի, ինչպես նաև հիմնովին նորացվելու են ինժեներատեխնիկական ենթակառուցվածքները և ստեղծվելու է ներթաղամասային կանոնակարգված ճանապարհային ցանց:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը որպես հիմնավորում նշում է նաև, որ մինչ նախատեսված է Երևան քաղաքի կենտրոնում փողոցների ծանրաբեռնվածության նվազեցում` կառուցվող ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղիի հաշվին, ծրագրի արդյունավետ իրագործումը չի կարող ապահովվել առանց նշված սեփականության օբյեկտների օտարման, քանի որ դրանց անմիջական հարևանությամբ գտնվող տարածքների համար նախագծվել և մասնակիորեն իրականացվել են համաքաղաքային ենթակառուցվածքների անբաժանելի մասը կազմող հանգույցներ:
Տարածքները ձեռք բերող է ճանաչվել «ԱՎՈ Ֆ.Մ.Հ.» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունը:
