Երևանի ո՞ր «սարայը» այս անգամ կքանդի «ԱՎՈ ՖՄՀ»–ն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Կառավարության երեկվա որոշմամբ հանրային գերակա շահ ճանաչվեց Արամի փողոցով պարփակված տարածքը, և այն կառուցապատման տրվեց «ԱՎՈ ՖՄՀ» ընկերությանը:
Ինչպես նախագծում է գրված՝ նշված տարածքում քաղաքաշինական ծրագրի իրականացման շահը գերակա է օտարվող սեփականության սեփականատերերի շահերից, քանի որ դրա իրականացմամբ` Երևանի կենտրոնից կվերանա կիսախարխուլ, ոչ սեյսմակայուն, տարերայնորեն տեղակայված, ոչ բավարար խտությամբ և հիմնականում վթարային հանդիսացող բնակելի ֆոնդը, որի փոխարեն կկառուցվի բազմաֆունկցիոնալ կառույց և ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղի:
Հիշեցնենք, որ կառուցապատող Ավետիս Կարագուլյանին պատկանող «ԱՎՈ ՖՄՀ»–ն այն ընկերությունն է, որն անցյալ տարի, չնայած հասարակական բողոքին, քանդեց Երևանի Աբովյան և Արամի փողոցների խաչմերուկում գտնվող Արամի 30 շենքը:
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ այդ շենքը քանդվել էր հունվարի 16–18–ը՝ գիշերային ժամերին։ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը հայտարարեց, որ շենքը քանդվել է Արամի և Աբովյան փողոցների քննարկվող հատվածների մայթերն ընդլայնելու նպատակով։ Իսկ Երևանի ավագանու անդամ, ճարտարապետ Լևոն Իգիթյանը հավելեց, որ դա ընդամենը «սարայ էր». «Արամի 30–ը սարայ է, իմ խորը համոզմունքն է, պետք է ցերեկով քանդվեր, ոչ թե գիշերով»։
