Դպրոցականներին բիզնես գաղափարները կյանքի կոչելու հմտություններ կսովորեցնեն

Հանրակրթական դպրոցներում ձեռնարկատիրական կրթություն կուսուցանվի՝ աշակերտներին կսովորեցնեն բիզնես միջավայրում կողմնորոշվելու և արագ լուծումներ գտնելու հմտություններ: Կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում շրջանառության է դրել «Ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության զարգացման հայեցակարգը»:
Ըստ նախագծի՝ գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման գլխավոր նախապայմաններից մեկը ձեռնարկատիրական մշակույթի զարգացումն է: Ներկա իրավիճակի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզ է դարձել, որ անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության ուսումնառությունը դպրոցներում, նախնական և միջին մասնագիտական, ինչպես նաև բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում` տարբեր առարկաներում և կրթական ծրագրերում ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության ինտեգրման սկզբունքով: Ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության զարգացումը աշակերտներին և ուսանողներին հնարավորություն կտա ձեռք բերելու գիտելիք ու հմտություններ՝ գործարար նախաձեռնություններ սկսելու, ինչպես նաև միմյանց հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցելու համար:
Տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրներում ՓՄՁ–ները հանդիսանում են տնտեսական աճի և զարգացման հիմնական շարժիչ ուժերը: Այնուամենայնիվ, համաշխարհային ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի և բիզնեսի վարման ստեղծված անբարենպաստ պայմանների արդյունքում ՓՄՁ–ն այս տարածաշրջանում ապահովում է աշխատատեղերի 50%–ը միայն և համախառն ավելացված արժեքի 30%–ը:
Նախարարությունն առաջարկում է մշակել և հաստատել ՓՄՁ զարգացման ռազմավարությունը և շարունակել հանրային–մասնավոր երկխոսությունների վրա հիմնված բիզնես միջավայրի բարեփոխումները: Ռազմավարությունը պետք է ներառի ձեռներեցության ռազմավարական զարգացումը ուսումնառության համակարգում, շեշտադրի հմտությունների զարգացումը փոքր բիզնեսում և կանանց ձեռներեցության աջակցությունը:
«Հանրակրթության նպատակներից մեկը աշխատանքային պատրաստվածություն ունեցող անձի ձևավորումն է: Գործարար ոլորտը` որպես գործատու, հաճախ է դժգոհում, որ դպրոցն ավարտած շատ շրջանավարտներ, որոնք ընդունվում են վարձու աշխատանքի, չեն տիրապետում աշխատանքային այնպիսի հիմնական հմտություններին, ինչպիսիք են, օրինակ, աշխատանքի ընթացքում որևէ խնդիր լուծելը, ժամանակը ճիշտ կառավարելը, թիմային աշխատանքներում ներգրավվելը, գրավոր և բանավոր ճիշտ հաղորդակցվելը, զգացմունքները կառավարելը և այլն: Հաճախ ձեռնարկությունները ստիպված իրենք են կազմակերպում դասընթացներ՝ այդպիսի պարզագույն հմտությունները նրանց սովորեցնելու համար: Մինչդեռ այդ հմտությունները, գործարար ոլորտի կարծիքով, նրանք պետք է ձեռք բերեին հանրակրթության տարիներին»,– ասված է նախագծում:
Նախագծի հեղինակները համոզված են, որ նպատակահարմար է ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության տարրերը ներդնել առաջիկա 4 տարվա ընթացքում. (ներդրման սկիզբը` 2017 թ. սեպտեմբեր, ավարտը` 2020թ.) հիմնական դպրոցում ինտեգրման, ավագ դպրոցի 10–րդ և 11–րդ դասարաններում՝ առանձին առարկայի ուսուցման միջոցով:
Ձեռնարկատիրական կրթությունը սովորողներին պետք է ապահովի այնպիսի տեսական գիտելիքներով, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են նոր ձեռնարկություն կամ ստարտափ հիմնելու և այն գործարկելու համար: Ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության տարրեր նախատեսվում է ներդնել «Տեխնոլոգիա» առարկայի միջոցով՝ տարրական դպրոցի 2–4 և հիմնական դպրոցի՝ 5–7 դասարաններում:
