1. Վերջապես կթուլանաք։ Ցիտրուսային մրգերի բույրը հանգստացնում է նյարդային համակարգը, անհանգստությունը, օգնում ազատվել ծանրաբեռնվածությունից ծանր օրվանից հետո։

2. Լավացնում է ուշադրությունը։ Կիտրոնը ևս մեկ զարմանալի հատկություն ունի։ Ամեն օր քաշելով դրա բույրը՝ մարդը դառնում է ավելի կենտրոնացած, լավանում է հիշողությունը, մտավոր գործունեությունը։ Նույնիսկ աշխատավայրում սխալվելու հնարավորությունն ավելի քիչ է, եթե կիտրոնի բույր է առկա։ Այս եզրահանգմանը եկել են չինացի գիտնականները։

3. Բարձրացնում է տրամադրությունը։ Կիտրոնի եթերային յուղը ստուգված միջոց է դեպրեսիայի դեմ։ Եթե տարբեր միջոցներ եք փորձել, բայց այդպես էլ արդյունքի չեք հասել, ուշադրություն դարձրեք այս մրգի վրա։

4. Օդը մաքրվում է միկրոբներից։ Կիտրոնը ոչ միայն հաճելի բույր ունի, այլև բակտերիցիդ հատկություն։ Այն հաջողությամբ մաքրում է օդը։

5. Պայքարում է զարկերակային բարձր ճնշման դեմ։ Շատերն են հիպերտոնիայով տառապում։ Կիտրոնն այս դեպքում ևս օգնության կհասնի։

6. Միջատներն այլևս չեն անհանգստացնի։ Միջատները հազիվ թե ցանկություն ունենան մնալ այն տարածքում, որտեղ կիտրոնի բույր է առկա։ Հարկավոր չէ գումար ծախսել քիմիական միջոցների համար։ Ավելի լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար կիտրոնի մեջ կարող եք մի քանի մեխակ դնել։
