Հայաստանում էկոտուրիզմի միջոցով խրախուսում են գյուղական համայնքներում կայուն բիզնեսի զարգացումը

 Էկոտուրիզմը գյուղական համայնքներում հանուն մարդկային կայուն զարգացման ասոցիացիան ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի կողմից ՀԿ-ներին տրամադրվող դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի և Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հայտարարած մրցույթի շրջանակում Ծաղկաձորում «Էկոտուրիզմը գյուղական համայնքներում. հիմնախնդիրները և արդի լուծման ուղիները»  խորագրով սեմինար անցկացրեց:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` սեմինարին մասնակցեցին գործող և ուսանող տուրիստական գործակալներ, զբոսավարներ, էկոտուրիզմի ոլորտի երիտասարդ աշխատակիցներ:

Ծրագրի համակարգող Լիանա Ներսիսյանի խոսքով` Միացյալ ազգերի կազմակերպությունը 2017 թվականը հայտարարել է կայուն զբոսաշրջության զարգացման միջազգային տարի, որը եզակի հնարավորություն է ընձեռում բարձրաձայնել Հայաստանում էկոտուրիզմի զարգացման հեռանկարներն ու առկա խոչընդոտները: Միևնույն ժամանակ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը զարգացման գերակա ուղղություններից մեկն է հայտարարել կայուն տուրիզմը: Ուստի սույն ծրագրի նպատակը Հայաստանում գյուղական համայնքներում կայուն բիզնեսի զարգացմանը խրախուսելն է:

Ծրագրի նպատակն էր խթանել Հայաստանում կայուն տուրիզմի բիզնեսի զարգացման և դեպի նշված ոլորտ ներդրումների հոսքի ակտիվացմանը, նպաստել բնության պահպանվող տարածքների անքակտելի ու կայուն զարգացմանը, խնայողաբար օգտագործմանը և հաջորդ սերունդներին հնարավորինս անձեռնմխելի

Մասնակիցներից էր հանրահայտ «Թայմլենդ» գիտաուսումնական հիմնադրամի հիմնադիր Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը, ով ներկաների հետ զրուցեց իր փորձի, ինչը մեծ արձագանք ստացավ ներկաների կողմից: Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը նշեց, որ միջոցառումն արդյունավետ էր, այն մասնագիտական էր և գործընկերների հետ փորձի փոխանակման լավ հնարավորություն։

Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը մեծ փորձ ունի համայնքային զարգացման ծրագրերի, մասնավորապես, գյուղական տուրիզմի զարգացման ոլորտում։ Նա նշում է, որ ծրագրեր են իրականացնում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կալավան գյուղում. աշխատում են ներքին ռեսուրսներով զարգացնել համայնքը։ Կազմել են 10-ամյա զարգացման ծրագիր և այն կյանքի են կոչում սեփական ուժերով։ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը նշում է, որ գյուղերում էկոտուրիզմը զարգացնելու համար պետք է բնակավայրի մեծ մասը ներգրավված լինի այդ գործում։ Հետևաբար փորձում են ամբողջ համայնքով հասնել իրենց նպատակին։ Համատեղ ջանքերով գյուղացիները Կալավանը մոռացված գյուղից վերածել են զբոսաշրջային կենտրոնի։ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի այս գյուղն ունի հնագիտության, արկածային և էկոտուրիզմի բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր, որոնց շրջանակում ամեն տարի մեծ թվով հյուրերի են ընդունում, զարգացնում են օրգանական գյուղատնտեսությունը։
