7 խորհուրդ, թե ինչպես դիմակայել ամռան տապին

Հիմնականում մարդիկ նախընտրում են ամառը, քանի որ ձմռան համեմատ եղանակն ավելի բարենպաստ է, գիշերները՝ ավելի կարճ։ Բայց երբեմն դրսում ջերմաստիճանն այնքան է բարձրանում, որ դիմակայելն առանց հատուկ միջոցների անհնար է լինում։
Ոմանք ամռան տապի սկսելուն պես շտապում են ծովափ, սակայն բոլորը չէ, որ կարող են թողնել աշխատանքն ու գործերը և մեկնել հանգստի։ Ահա խորհուրդներ այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր ստիպված են ամառն անցկացնել քաղաքային շոգ պայմաններում։
1. Սառեցրեք ձեր սիրելի մրգերը
Կարող եք սովորական մրգերի փոխարեն ուտել սառցախցիկում սառեցրած բանան, խնձոր, ելակ կամ խաղող։ Բացի համեղ և օգտակար լինելուց՝ այն շատ զովացնող է։
2. Գնեք բջջայինին միացվող էլեկտրական հովհարներ
Հենց շոգում եք, վերցրեք ձեր էլեկտրական հովհարն ու միացրեք բջջային հեռախոսին։ Շատ քիչ էներգիա ծախսելով կկարողանաք փոքր-ինչ հովանալ։
3. Օդափոխիչը խելամտորեն օգտագործեք
Օդափոխիչը սովորական դիրքում դնելով՝ այն միայն մի կետի վրա օդ կփչի, իսկ եթե այն դնեք դեպի պատը, ապա օդը, բախվելով պատին, հավասարապես կշարժվի և՛ աջ, և՛ ձախ։ Արդյունքում կունենաք ավելի լավ օդափոխվող սենյակ։
4. Հաճախ սառը ջրով լվացեք մարմնի անոթազարկային մասերը։
Դաստակները սառը ջրով պարբերաբար լվանալը շատ ավելի արդյունավետ մեթոդ է, քան դուք կարծում եք։ Ջրով խոնավեցրեք անձեռոցիկը և սառցախցիկում մեկ-երկու ժամ պահելուց հետո այն դրեք դաստակներին, վզի ետնամասին, ծնկներին և այլն։
5. Մրգային սառույցներ պատրաստեք
Մրգային համեղ սառույցներ պատրաստելու հարցում լայն ընտրության հնարավորություն ունեք։ Եթե ձեռքի տակ մրգեր կամ հյութ չունեք, ապա մի փոքր փայտիկ մտցրեք յոգուրտի ամանի մեջ, ապա սառեցրեք։ Սառչելուց հետո այն կդառնա պաղպաղակի նման, սակայն կլինի շատ ավելի դիետիկ։
6. Օգտագործեք սառը ուտելիքներ
Ամռան շոգին խուսափեք խոհանոցում երկար ժամանակ անցկացնելուց։ Փորձեք պատրաստել այնպիսի ուտեստներ, որոնք կարող եք առանց տաքացնելու էլ ուտել։ Օրինակ՝ թարմ բանջարեղենով աղցաններ հաճախակի պատրաստելը բավականին լավ գաղափար է։
7. Ջուր
Ոչինչ չի կարող փոխարինել ջրին։ Վերցրեք մի խողովակ, վրան անցքեր արեք և ձեր ջրցան սարքը պատրաստ է։ Ջրով բացօթյա ցնցուղ ընդունելը ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցներից է։
