Ինչո՞ւ չարժե յուղազերծ կաթնամթերք ուտել

Ցածր յուղայնությամբ կաթնամթերքին նախապատվություն տալը համահարաբերակցվում է դեմենցիայի պրոցեսների զարգացման հետ, պարզել են Հարվարդի համալսարանի գիտնականները: Մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ պարբերաբար յուղազերծ կաթնամթերք օգտագործող մարդիկ Պարկիսոնի հիվանդության ավելի մեծ հակվածություն ունեն:
Հետազոտողների ենթադրությամբ՝ կաթնամթերքի բոլոր տեսակները Պարկինսոնի հիվանդության առաջացման հավանականությունը այս կամ այն չափով մեծացնում են օրգանիզմում պաշտպանական քիմիական նյութերի մակարդակի նվազման հաշվին: Սակայն կաթնամթերքում պարունակվող յուղը հակազդում է բացասական գործընթացին: Հետեւաբար՝ յուղազերծ մթերքներ ուտելու դեպքում պաշտպանական գործառույթը չի կատարվի:
Փորձագետները վերլուծել են 130 հազար մարդկանց 25 տարվա դիտարկումների տվյալները: Նրանք պարզել են, որ յուղազերծ կաթնամթերքին նախապատվություն տված մարդիկ մահացու վտանգավոր նյարդաբանական հիվանդությամբ ավելի հաճախ են տառապել:
«Մարդիկ, որոնք օրական օգտագործել են նման մթերքի առնվազն 3 չափաբաժին, 34 տոկոսով ավելի հաճախ են տառապել Պարկինսոնի հիվանությամբ, քան այն մարդիկ, որոնք օրական առնվազն 1 չափաբաժին են օգտագործել»,- արձանագրել են փորձագետները:
Նախկինում գիտնականները նշում էին, որ յուղային կաթնամթերքի օգտագործումը պաշտպանում է դիաբետի առաջացումից:
Նրանց կարծիքով՝ նման մթերքների առողջարար էֆեկտը կապված է ճարպաթթուների եւ դրանց բաղադրության մեջ պարունակվող այլ բաղադրիչների համալիր ազդեցության հետ:
