Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանն այսօր՝ հունիսի 12-ին, Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար կազմի հետ անցկացրել է հերթական աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությունը:

ԱԺ-ից հայտնում են, որ խորհրդակցության օրակարգում են եղել Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի կառուցվածքի եւ հաստիքացուցակի օպտիմալացման հարցերը: Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-գլխավոր քարտուղար Արա Սաղաթելյանին հանձնարարել է ապահովել անձնակազմի աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը եւ խիստ հսկողություն սահմանել աշխատանքային կարգապահության նկատմամբ:

Արա Սաղաթելյանը ներկայացրել է աշխատակազմին ամրացված գույքի գույքագրման աշխատանքների ընթացքը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ գույքագրման առաջին փուլի ավարտից հետո իրականացվելու են գույքագրման եւ գույքի կառավարման ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման աշխատանքներ, ինչն էապես կավելացնի աշխատանքների արդյունավետությունը: Աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-գլխավոր քարտուղարն Ազգային ժողովի նախագահին ներկայացրել է նաեւ աշխատանքային կարգապահությունը վերահսկելու նպատակով նախատեսվող փոփոխությունների փաթեթը:

Արա Բաբլոյանը հանձնարարել է աշխատանքների արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործընթացը դարձնել մշտական, իսկ աշխատակազմի օպտիմալացումը`  շարունակական:

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահն աշխատակազմի ղեկավար կազմին տվել է հստակ հանձնարարականներ` ստեղծելու եւ ներդնելու էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգ, որը պետք է էապես հեշտացնի պատգամավորների գործունեությունը` բացառելով ավելորդ թղթաշրջանառությունը: Մասնավորապես հանձնարարվել է ներդնել այնպիսի համակարգ, որը հնարավորություն կտա պատգամավորների աշխատասենյակներում եւ դահլիճում նույն պատգամավորի համակարգիչները միացնելով իրար` ունենալ աշխատանքային մեկ ընդհանուր հարթակ: Ստեղծվող էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգը միաժամանակ հնարավորություն կտա ապահովել աշխատակազմի փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունն էլեկտրոնային եղանակով` այդպիսով ունենալով էական խնայողություններ:
