Հանրային պահանջագրերի change.orgհարթակում մեկնարկել է «Մենք ցանկանում ենք Եվրոպան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում» (We Want Europe in Nagorno-Karabakh) խորագրով ստորագրահավաք: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-\ը, change.org-ի կայքում տեղադրված պահանջագրում նշվում է, որ Խորհրդային միության փլուզումից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հանդեպ Ադրբեջանը վարում է մեկուսացման քաղաքականություն:
«Նավթով հարուստ Ադրբեջանը նշանակալի ջանքեր և գումարներ է ներդնում այս տարածք օտարերկրյա առաջնորդների, պաշտոնյաների, լրագրողների և կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների մուտքն արգելելու համար: Ադբեջանի պնդմամբ Եվրոպական միությունը ևս մուտք չունի դեպի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ: Անցած 20 տարիների ընթացքում որևէ ԵՄ պաշտոնյա չի այցելել այնտեղ, իսկ բնակչությանը ԵՄ-ի կողմից որևէ օժանդակություն չի ցուցաբերվել»,- նշվում է պահանջագրում:
Շեշտվում է նաև, որ այս համատեքստում ԼՂ մեկուսացումը բացառիկ է, քանի որ ԵՄ-ն օժանդակություն է ցուցաբերում աշխարհի 150 երկրների, այդ թվում՝ չճանաչված պետությունների Աբխազիային, Մերձդնեստրին և Հյուսիսային Կիպրոսին՝ անկախ նրանց կարգավիճակից: Այս քաղաքականությունը բնութագրվում է որպես «ներգրավում առանց ճանաչման»:
Պահանջագրում կոչ է արվում ԵՄ-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրականացնել բնակչության կենսապայմանների բարելավմանն ուղղված ծրագրեր: «Կոչ ենք անում Եվրոպային ներգրավվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, քանի որ այն պետք է ներկա լինի և աջակցի խաղաղությանը՝ թույլ չտալով հակամարտության սրում իր դարպասների մոտ»,- ասված է պահանջագրում:
Պահանջագիրը change.org-ում նախաձեռնել է ՀԲԸՄ Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը: Այն արդեն իսկ ստորագրել են Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորներ Ֆրանկ Էնգելը, Միշել Ռիվազին, Բարթ Ստաեսը, Ջիլ Էվանսը, Պիտեր Նեյդելմյուլերը, բազմաթիվ գիտնականներ, մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտի ակտիվիստներ, դիվանագետներ և այլն: Պահանջագիրը դեռևս ստորագրել է 552 օգտատեր:
