Իջեցնում է ճնշումը։ Նուռը հրաշալի լուծում է բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր տառապում են հիպերտոնիայով։ Այն իջեցնում է զարկերակային ճնշումը՝ օրգանիզմի վրա կողմնակի ազդեցություններ չթողնելով։ Նռան կեղևը կարող եք չորացնել, դրանով թեյ պատրաստել։ Այն կօգնի հանգստացնել նյարդային համակարգը, ազատվել տագնապից, հանգիստ քնել։
Բնական ինսուլին։ Նուռն այն քիչ քաղցր մրգերից է, որ ոչ միայն կարելի է, այլև օգտակար է դիաբետով տառապող անձանց։ Օրվա ընթացքում 4 անգամ կես ճաշի գդալ նռան հյութ խմելով՝ կարող եք նկատելիորեն իջցնել արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը։
Բարձրացնում է հեմոգլոբինը։ Նուռը վաղուց է հայտնի անեմիայի դեմ պայքարում։ Սակավարյունությամբ տառապող անձանց համար բավարար է օրվա ընթացքում 3 անգամ կես բաժակ նռան հյութ խմել ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ։ Այն հարկավոր է օգտագործել 2 ամսվա ընթացքում։
Ախտահանում է բերանն ու կոկորդը։ Անգինայի, ֆարինգիտի դեպքում օգտակար է կոկորդն ու բերանը ողողել նռան կեղևից պատրաստված թուրմով կամ նռան հյութով։ Նռան մեջ պարունակվող նյութերը հանգստացնում են ցավը, իսկ օրգանական թթուները սպանում են վարակը։
Ակտիվացնում է հորմոնները։ Նռան կտի մեջ պարունակվող յուղերը հրաշալիորեն վերականգնում են հորմոնալ հավասարակշռությունը։
Հակաճիճվային միջոց։ Հասած նռան կեղևը բազմաթիվ նյութեր է պարունակում, որոնք ուժեղ հակաճիճվային հատկություններ ունեն։ Ճիճուներից ազատվելու համար 40-50 գրամ նռան մանրացրած կեղևը թրմեք 400 գրամ սառը ջրով 6 ժամ։ Տաքացրեք դանդաղ կրակի վրա այնքան, որ հեղուկի կեսը գոլորշիանա։ Սառեցրեք այն, ընդունեք փոքր չափերով կես ժամվա ընթացքում։ Մեկ ժամ անց լուծողական ընդունեք, 4-5 ժամ անց հոգնա արեք։
Հեռացնում է բորբոքումը։ Նռան կեղևի թուրմը շատ օգտակար է բորբոքային հիվանդությունների դեպքում։ Դրա համար հարկավոր է 2 թեյի գդալ մանրացրած կեղևի վրա 1 բաժակ տաք ջուր լցնել, տաքացնել գոլորշու վրա 30 րոպե, սառեցնել։ Թուրմը հարկավոր է խմել օրվա ընթացքում 2 անգամ՝ ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ, 50 գրամ։
Հեռացնում է ճառագայթումը։ Նռան հյութն այն անձանց սննդակարգի անբաժանելի մասն է կազմում, ովքեր ռադիոակտիվ նյութերի հետ են աշխատում կամ ապրում են բարձր ռադիոակտիվության պայմաններում։
Դիարեայի դեմ։ Մեծահասակների դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել նռան մանրացրած կեղևը 3 անգամ ուտելուց հետո։
