«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարտքով տաքսու գումար հայթայթած և Գյումրիից դստեր հետ Երևան հասած չորս զավակներ ունեցող միայնակ մայր Ասլի Հասանյանը երեկ «Օգնեք զինվորիս» պաստառը ձեռքին ու արցունքներն աչքերին նստել էր կառավարության շենքի դիմաց, սակայն, որպես կանոն, արտասվող կնոջ ձայնն ու խնդրանքը կառավարության շենքից դուրս եկող պաշտոնյաների ականջներին չէր հասնում: Կինն ինքն իրեն մենախոսում էր, պատմում, որ առողջ որդի է տվել բանակին, սակայն իրեն հիվանդ տղա են վերադարձրել և հիմա էլ որդու առողջությամբ չեն զբաղվում:

Արթուր Հասանյանը ծառայել է Արցախում՝ Մարտունիում: 23 ամիս ծառայելուց հետո, գրեթե զորացրվելու ժամկետին, նրա մոտ առողջական խնդիրներ են ի հայտ եկել: Այս տարվա հունվարից տղան հիվանդանոցում է՝ սկզբից Մուրացանում էր պառկած, իսկ հետո էլ տեղափոխել են Կարմիր խաչի հիվանդանոց: Նա մինչ օրս էլ այնտեղ է:

Մոր խոսքով 23 ամիս ծառայելուց հետո, երբ արդեն մոտ էին զորացրվելու օրերը, տղայի ոտքը սկսել է բարակել, իսկ հիմա էլ ձեռքն է բարակում: Մայրն ասում է, որ բացի Կարմիր խաչից ուրիշ ոչ մի օգնություն չեն ստացել:

Տղայի մոտ բժիշկներն ախտորոշել են սպինալ ամիոտրոֆիա՝ գեմիատրոֆիկ տիպ, և նա 23 ամիս ծառայելուց հետո զորացրվել է՝ զինծառայությանը ոչ պիտանի լինելու հիմքով։ Ըստ մոր՝ հիվանդության պատճառը նախորդ տարվա ապրիլյան պատերազմն է, որի ժամանակ տղան մեծ սթրես է տարել:

«Ապրիլյան կռվում ընկերները կողը մահացան, էդ ամենը տեսավ, ինքը հիվանդացավ, իրա վրա դա ազդել է: Բերին իրան Մուրացանի հիվանդանոց, բայց ընդհանրապես տեր չկանգնեցին: Բժիշկներն իրանց վրայից ցրում են, միթոմ անբուժելի հիվանդություն է: Ախր ես ձեզ առողջ որդի տվեցի: Հիմա ասում են չի սնուցվում իրա ներվը, բա՞ որ վաղը տա ուղեղին»,– հեծկլտալով պատմում էր զինվորի մայրը:

Ասում էր, թե այսօր մինչ կառավարության շենքի մոտ գալը գնացել էր նաև Պաշտպանության նախարարություն, որտեղ նրան Սիմոնյան ազգանունով մի գեներալ բառացիորեն ասել է, թե որքան բուժվեց, բուժվեց, երբ որ մեռավ՝ մեռավ:

«Ուժեղ ցավի մեջ է որդիս»,– ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ ուզում է վարչապետն իր որդուն տեր կանգնի, քանի որ արդեն չորս ամիս է իրեն տանում–բերում են, խաբում են, բայց ոչ ոք չի օգնում: Իսկ այսօր էլ տեսնելով, որ եկել ու օգնություն է խնդրում՝ նրան ոչ ոք չի մոտեցել:

Ասում է, որ իրեն խաբեցին, ասացին թե հանդիպում կունենա նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի հետ, սակայն արդյունքում հանդիպում չեղավ:

«Վիգեն Սարգսյանը պարապ չէ, որ ընձի տեսնի, ինքը պարապ չէ զինվորների մայրերին տեսնի: Ես էլի որդի ունեմ ծառայելու, 5 ամսից հետո կեթա, չեմ ուզե, չեմ տա: Ես չեմ գնա 23 հազար դրամ նպաստով հիվանդ սերժանտ բերեմ, տունը պահեմ, չեմ կարա»,– ասաց մայրը:
