Դատավորն անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերման վրա ծախսել է շուրջ 150 հազար եվրո. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Հովհաննես Մելքոնյանը 22 միլիոն 25 հազար դրամով բնակարան է գնել, իսկ 108 հազար եվրոյով էլ՝ առանձնատուն: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք դատավորի՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին ներկայացված 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:
Մելքոնյանը նախորդ տարի նաև փոխառություններ է հանձնել: Մասնավորապես նրա հանձնած փոխառությունները կազմել են 15 միլիոն 400 հազար դրամ և 66 հազար եվրո: Դրամական միջոցներ պաշտոնյան չի ունեցել, իսկ տարեկան եկամուտները ստացվել են աշխատավարձից և կազմել 7 միլիոն 670 հազար դրամ:
Կինը՝ Աշխեն Հարությունյանը, հայտարարագրել է 15 միլիոն դրամ դրամական միջոցներ և 37 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությունից ստացված եկամուտ:
32–ամյա դատավորը «Լեքսուսի» սիրահար է. 2 տարվա կտրվածքով նույն մակնիշի 2 ավտոմեքենա է գնել
Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Հարություն Պետրոսյանը նախորդ տարի 3 միլիոն 700 հազար դրամով «LEXUS RX 300» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա է գնել: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նրա՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:
Հայտարարագրից նաև պարզ է դառնում, որ երիտասարդ դատավորը հենց այս ավտոմեքենայի սիրահար է, քանի որ նա նախորդ տարի այս ավտոմեքենան գնելու համար վաճառել է նույն մակնիշի ու մոդելի այլ ավտոմեքենա՝ արդեն 2 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամով:
Որպես դրամական միջոցներ Պետրոսյանը հայտարարագրել է 14 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ տարեկան եկամուտներն էլ կազմել են 8 միլիոն 890 հազար դրամ և ստացվել 6 միլիոն 480 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձից և ավտոմեքենայի վաճառքից ստացված գումարից:
Կինը՝ Սոնա Տոնայանը, աշխատանք և եկամուտներ չունենալու պարագայում հայտարարագրել է 2 միլիոն դրամ դրամական միջոցներ:
Նշենք, որ վերջինս մինչ դատավոր նշանակվելը 2012–14 թթ. զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի դատական պրակտիկայի ամփոփման վարչության մասնագետի պաշտոնը:
