Ղարաբաղում նոր պատերազմը կարող է կազմաքանդել Ադրբեջանը

Լուրջ պատճառներ կան, որոնք արագացնում են ԼՂ հակամարտության վերսկսման վտանգը: Դրանցից գլխավորը Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական վիճակի վատթարացումն է, որի հետևանքով քաղաքական կայունությունը այդ երկրում դրվում է լուրջ հարցականի տակ: «Ստեղծված ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության անկարողությունը պաշտոնական Բաքվին ստիպում է դիմել ռազմական արկածախնդրության»,– նման վերլուծություն է արել Դաղստանում գործող «Դերբենտ» գործակալությունը, որի գլխավոր խմբագիր, ազգությամբ լեզգին Միլրադ Ֆաթուլաևն Ադրբեջանում անցանկալի հյուր է:
 
Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հոդվածից հատված:
 
Ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունն այլևս ակնհայտորեն բավարար չէ, որպեսզի իշխանությունները կարողանան բնակչության ուշադրությունը շեղել առկա խնդիրներից՝ խաղալով նրանց հայրենասիրական զգացմունքների վրա: Ուստի այդ հանգամանքները կարող են Բաքվին ստիպել դիմել ծայրահեղ քայլերի: Բայց այստեղ լուրջ հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյոք երկրի բնակչությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել իշխանություններին, զոհաբերել իրեն հանուն Ղարաբաղի: Չնայած նպատակուղղված քարոզչությանը, Ադրբեջանի բնակիչները պատերազմի մասնակցելու ցանկություն առանձնապես չունեն: 90–ականների պատերազմի ժամանակ զինակոչային տարիքի ադրբեջանցիները զանգվածաբար փախչում էին Ռուսաստան՝ չցանկանալով դառնալ հակամարտության զոհ: Հակապատերազմական այդ տրամադրությունները, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, պահպանվել, նույնիսկ ուժեղացել են: Իսկ որ հնարավոր հերթական զինված բախումները կհանգեցնեն զանգվածային զոհերի, կասկածից վեր է:
 
Ոչ պակաս մի կարևոր հանգամանք էլ կա, որն անպայման կազդի հնարավոր հակամարտության վրա: Խոսքը Ադրբեջանում տիրող էթՆոքաղաքական վիճակի մասին է: Երկրի հյուսիսային (լեզգիններ, ավարներ, ռուտուլներ, ծախուրներ) և հարավային (թալիշներ) մասերում ապրող ժողովուրդները տարեցտարի ավելի շատ են դժգոհում իրենց վիճակից, իսկ սոցիալ–տնտեսական վատ պայմաններն էլ ավելի են արագացնում այդ պրոցեսը:
 
Այդ ժողովուրդների շրջանում իշխանությունների հանդեպ բացասական տրամադրությունները հիմնվում են այն տեսակետի վրա, որ ազգային փոքրամասնություններին նպատակաուղղված կերպով ուղարկում են Արցախի ու Հայաստանի հետ սահման, որտեղ նրանք զոհվում են:
 
Արդյունքում այդ տրամադրությունները վերածվում են ղարաբաղյան պատերազմին մասնակցելու դեմ ուղղված ակցիաների ու կոչերի, որոնք հիմնականում տարածվում են համացանցի միջոցով: Դժվար է ասել, թե այդ ժողովուրդների ներկայացուցիչներն ինչպես կարձագանքեն պատերազմի նոր փուլին: Բայց կասկածից վեր է, որ Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանին վերադարձնելու համար ինքնակազմ պայքարել ցանկացող լեզգինների կամ թալիշների թիվը շատ ավելի նվազ է լինելու, քան 90–ականներին էր:
 
Ավելին, չի կարելի բացառել, որ Ադրբեջանն ուղղակի չկարողանա վերապրել այդ պատերազմը՝ հնարավոր է տեղի ունենա իշխանության փոփոխություն կամ նույնիսկ պետության փլուզում մի քանի ինքնուրույն մասերի՝ էթնոքաղաքական համապատասխան բաժանումներով: Ուստի իշխանություններն ինչ նպատակներով էլ առաջնորդվեն, հրաշալի հասկանում են այն վիթխարի ռիսկերը, որոնց կարող են բախվել Արցախի հետ պատերազմի մեջ ներքաշվելով:
