Պետական օրհներգերը ժողովուրդների անցյալի ու ապագայի ընկալումների խտացված արտահայտությունն են

Այս օրերին կրկին ակտիվացել են խոսակցությունները ՀՀ պետական օրհներգը փոխելու մասին։ Անկախ «Մեր հայրենիք»-ի կամ որևէ այլ ստեղծագործության վերաբերյալ մեր ունեցած վերաբերմունքից ու գնահատականից՝ ՊԱՐՏԱԴԻՐ է ի նկատի ունենալ հետևյալը.
Պետական օրհներգերը, նախևառաջ, պետությունների ու ժողովուրդների հավաքական հույզերի, ձգտումների, անցյալի ու ապագայի ընկալումների խտացված արտահայտությունն են, ապա նոր՝ լավ կամ երաժշտություն ու ստեղծագործություն։ Մյուս կողմից՝ ճշմարտություն է, որ ժողովուրդների հավաքական հույզերն ու ապրումները խտացվում, եփվում, նոր ձև ու բովանդակություն են ստանում, երբ այդ ժողովուրդների կյանքում տեղի են ունենում անկյունաքարային, պատմական իրադարձություններ, ինչպես մեր պարագայում Արցախյան գոյամարտն էր և Անկախության գործընթացը։ Ահա, հենց նման՝ բեկումնային պատմական իրավիճակներում ու հենց այդ պատճառով է, որ փոխվում են օրհներգերը, դրոշները և պետական այլ խորհրդանիշերը, որոնք, եթե ուղեկցվում են բարձր ճաշակով, դառնում են ժողովրդի սեփականությունը և ապրում ժողովրդի սրտում, ապրում դարեդար։
Այլ, հարաբերականորեն միապաղաղ պատմական ընթացքի պարագայում, ինչպիսին, իմ ընկալմամբ, այսօր մեր իրականությունն է, բացարձակ անհիմն է քննարկման առարկա դարձնել պետական օրհներգի կամ դրոշի փոփոխության հարցը։ Որպիսի հրաշալի տարբերակներ էլ ընտրվեն, դրանք երբե՛ք չեն ապրելու ժողովրդի սրտում, չե՛ն դառնալու նրա սեփականությունը, նախևառաջ վերոբերյալ հանգամանքի բերումով։ «Ապրելու» հնարավորություն ունեն բացառապես այն օրհներգերը, որոնք ծնվում են ժողովուրդների պատմության փոթորկահույզ շրջափուլերում։ Սա աքսիոմա է։
