Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնյաները յուրահատուկ տաղանդ ունեն կենտրոնանալու ինչ-որ բանի վրա եւ դա անընդմեջ կրկնելու՝ ինքնին արժեզրկելով ասածի իմաստը եւ անելով հակառակը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Երևանում հունիսի 13-ին Էստոնիայի արտգործնախարար Սվեն Միկսերի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հայտարարությունը այն մասին, որ ժամանակն է փոխել ստատուս քվոն:
«Չէ որ հենց Ադրբեջանն է խոչընդոտում եւ չի կատարում հանդիպումների ժամանակ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք հնարավորություն կտային շարժել բանակցային գործընթացը եւ փոխել ստատուս քվոն: Ադրբեջանը խոսում է մարդու իրավունքների, խոսքի ազատության մասին, բայց անում է հակառակը: Կարծես Բաքվի բրենդը լինի ասել մի բան եւ անել հակառակը»,-նշեց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ հենց Ադրբեջանն էր, որ չպահպանեց Մոսկվայում եռանախագահների ներկայությամբ արտգործնախարարների միջեւ համաձայնեցված մամուլի հաղորդագրության բովանդակությունը հրապարակելու մասին պայմանավորվածությունը:
«Տարբերությունը Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի մոտեցումների միջեւ այն է, որ մենք խոսում ենք փաստերով, իսկ նրանք տպավորություններով՝ հիմնված երեւակայությունների վրա»,-ընդգծեց ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը:
Անդրադառնալով Բաքվի կողմից մշտապես մեջբերվող ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձևերին, որոնք ըստ ադրբեջանական կողմի՝ ընկած են հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման հիմքում՝ նա նշեց, որ դրանք 4-ն են, և հենց Ադրբեջանն է մշտապես հրաժարվել իրականացնել նախորդ ընդունվածները։
«Երբ ընդունվում էին ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձևերը, ամեն բանաձևից հետո Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում էր կատարել նախորդը։ Բացի այդ, խոսքը չէր գնում բանակցային գործընթացի մասին, դրանք ուղղված էին ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցմանն ու զինադադարի հաստատմանը», - եզրափակեց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
