Տիգրան Թորոսյանը Հայաստանում բազմակուսակցական համակարգի և փորձագիտական հանրույթի կայացման անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին նախագահՏիգրան Թորոսյանը Հայաստանի երկու կարևորագույն խնդիրներն է համարում բազմակուսակցական համակարգի և մասնագիտական ու փորձագիտական հանրույթի կայացումը: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին նախագահը նշեց, որ իր համար զարմանալի չէ, որ նորընտիր խորհրդարանում այս անգամ ավելի քիչ կուսակցություններ են հայտնվել: «Ցանկացած ինքնանպատակ բան որևէ բան չի կարող փոխել: Կուսակցությունները պետք է իրենք կայանան: Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ մեկ անգամ դա եղավ, սակայն շատ կարճ ժամանակում թիվը հասավ 100-ի: Բայց հարցրեք հանրությանը, թե քանի կուսակցություն են ճանաչում: Կտեսնեք, որ եթե մարդը մեկ տասնյակ ճանաչում է, ուրեմն, նա որևէ մասնագիտական տիրույթից է: Տեսեք՝ խորհրդարանում այս անգամ ավելի քիչ թվով կուսակցություններ հայտնվեցին: Ինձ համար ակնկալելի էր՝ հաշվի առնելով կուսակցությունների դիրքորոշումները, ծրագրերը, նաև մասնագիտական կարծիքի պակասը»,- նշեց Թորոսյանը:
Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, թե դաշինքների ձևավորման արդյունքում խորհրդարանում մեկ խմբակցության մեջ հայտնվել են բոլորովին տարբեր մոտեցումներ ունեցող անձիք և խմորումներ կան, Տիգրան Թորոսյանն ասաց․ «Կարող եք 10 բան իրար գումարել, բայց չունենալ մեկ ամբողջական որևէ բան: Շատ կարևոր է, թե ինչը ինչի հետ ես համադրում ու ինչ ես ակնկալում: Ցավոք, հայաստանյան կուսակցությունները շատ մեծ ակնկալիքներ ու բարձր կարծիք ունեն իրենց մասին, բայց հաճախ գիտելիքների ու մասնագիտական հմտությունների մեծ պակաս ունեն»,- շեշտեց նա։
Թորոսյանն անդրադարձավ նաև ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի կողմից ստեղծված «Անալիտիկ խորհուրդ» աշխատանքային խմբին: Նրա խոսքով՝ առանց այդ խորհրդի գործունեության արդյունավետ որևէ լուծում պարզապես հնարավոր չէ ակնկալել, որովհետև մեր ժամանակներում կյանքն ու խնդիրները չափազանց բարդ են, և պետք է մասնագիտական խորհուրդ: «Իհարկե, պետք չէ մտածել, որ մասնագետներն ասելու են, իսկ քաղաքական գործիչներն ու պաշտոնյաներն էլ կատարելու, ոչ, այդպես չէ, բայց տարբերակները, հնարավորությունները պետք է մասնագետները ներկայացնեն»,- նշեց նա:
Տիգրան Թորոսյանը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց համագործակցել ցանկացած քաղաքական ուժի հետ, որը կունենա իր մասնագիտական խորհուրդների կարիքը:
