Քաղաքական վերլուծաբանԴավիթ Շահնազարյանը ողջունում է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի կողմից «Անալիտիկ խորհուրդ» աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծելու նախաձեռնությունը: Հունիսի 13-ին խորհրդարանում աշխատանքային խմբի փորձագետների անդրանիկ հանդիպման ընթացքում Դավիթ Շահնազարյանն ընդգծեց, որ խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությունը շատ լայն հնարավորություններ ունի, որոնք հարկավոր է օգտագործել ակտիվ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ՝ այս առումով կարևորելով նաև ձևավորվելիք աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեությունը: «Պարզ է, որ այս աշխատանքային խումբը ինչ որոշումների էլ հանգի քննարկումների արդյունքում, դրանք լինելու են խորհրդատվական բնույթի: Սա ակնհայտ է, որովհետև վերջնական որոշում ընդունելու է միջազգային խորհրդարանական այս կամ այն կազմակերպությունում հայաստանյան պատվիրակությունը, բայց ամեն դեպքում դրա գործունեությունը կարևոր է լինելու: Ես կարծում եմ, որ լավ կլինի, որպեսզի մենք մեր քննարկումներն անցկացնենք փակ ռեժիմում: Ես նաև այն կարծիքին եմ, որ այս աշխատանքային խմբի փորձագետները ոչ միայն կարող են միջազգային խորհրդարանական կազմակերպություններում մեր պատվիրակությունների անդամներին, այլ նաև կարող են օգտագործել տարբեր կառույցներում իրենց անձնական կապերը »,- ընդգծեց Շահնազարյանը:

Նա ցավով նկատեց, որ տարբեր միջազգային ատյաններում Հայաստանը ներկայացնող պատգամավորներն այդ ատյաններն օգտագործում են զուտ ներքին քաղաքական, ներկուսակցական շահերի համար: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ այս իմաստով պատասխանատվությունը պետք է մեծացվի»,- ասաց նա:

Շահնազարյանը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծեց, որ խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության արդյունավետությունը միշտ թերագնահատված է եղել: Նրա խոսքով` այդտեղ հսկայական պոտենցիալ կա օգտագործելու:
