Որքան էլ տհաճ լինեն բաժանումները, դրանք, այնուամենայնիվ, հանդիսանում են մեր կյանքի անխուսափելի մի հատվածը: Բաժանումներն ունենում են տարբեր պատճառներ: Ամեն դեպքում պետք է կարողանալ հաշտվել այդ երևույթի հետ և առաջ շարժվել:

1. Նախկինի հետ հանդիպելու առիթներ փնտրել/ստեղծել
Իհարկե, բարդ է միանգամից վերջ տալ մի երկար ժամանակ շատ մտերիմ դարձած մարդու հետ շփմանը, սակայն նրա հետ հանդիպումներ փնտրելը ձեզ չի օգնի: Փորձեք կենտրոնանալ ձեզ վրա և ներքին ներդաշնակություն ձեռք բերել:
