Բելգիան ու Իտալիան նվազեցրել են Հայաստանին տրամադրվող հումանիտար օգնությունը

Ըստ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի կողմից տրամադրված տվյալների՝ 2017 թ. հունվար–ապրիլին մարդասիրական օգնության կարգով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն է ներմուծվել 568 հազար 300 տոննա ապրանք, որի արժեքը կազմել է 7 միլիարդ 342 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամ կամ 15 միլիոն 108 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության կայքում արված հրապարակումից:
 
Ստացված օգնության 60,8%–ը կազմել է քիմիայի և դրա հետ կապված արդյունաբերության ճյուղերի արտադրանքը, 10,1%–ը` մեքենաներ, սարքավորումներ և մեխանիզմները, 9%–ը` մանածագործական իրերը, 6,6%–ը` սարքեր և ապարատները, 6,3%–ը` տարբեր արդյունաբերական ապրանքները, 2,4%–ը` պատրաստի սննդի արտադրանքը, իսկ 4,8%–ը` մնացած ապրանքները:
 
Հայաստանին ամենից շատ հումանիտար օգնություն տրամադրող երկիրը այս տարվա առաջին չորս ամիսների տվյալներով Շվեյցարիան է, որը հունվար–ապրիլին Հայաստան է ուղարկել 5 միլիոն 516 հազար 100 ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով մարդասիրական օգնություն: Օգնության ծավալներով երկրորդ տեղն է զբաղեցնում Չինաստանը, որը նշված ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստան է ուղարկել 2 միլիոն 438 հազար 300 ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով ապրանք:
 
 
Ստացված մարդասիրական օգնության մի մասն էլ Հայաստան է ուղարկվել ԵՄ երկրներից, այդ թվում՝ Գերմանիայից, Միացյալ Թագավորությունից, Ֆրանսիայից և այլն: Եվրամիության անդամ երկրներից ստացված օգնությունը կազմել է 3 միլիոն 565 հազար 400 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Նշված երկրներից մարդասիրական օգնության տրամադրման ծավալներով առաջատար է Գերմանիան, որը այս տարվա հունվար–ապրիլ ամիսներին Հայաստանին է տրամադրել 1 միլիոն 626 հազար 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Ի դեպ, այս գումարը ավելի քան 5 անգամ առավել է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում արված մարդասիրական օգնության ծավալներից:
 
Նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ դեպի Հայաստան հումանիտար օգնության ծավալներն են ավելացրել նաև Միացյալ Թագավորությունն ու Ֆրանսիան: Այս տարվա նշված ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանին հասցված մարդասիրական օգնության ծավալները կազմել են համապատասխանաբար՝ 395 հազար 300 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 309 հազար 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար, նախորդ տարվա 177 հազար 700 և 232 հազար 400 ԱՄՆ դոլարի դիմաց:
 
Սակայն միաժամանակ ԵՄ այլ երկներ այս տարի նվազեցրել են Հայաստանին տրվող օգնությունը: Մասնավորապես 2017 թ. 2016 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելի քիչ օգնություն են ուղարկել Իտալիան ու Բելգիան: Ընդ որում՝ վերջինս նվազեցրել է Հայաստան ուղարկվող մարդասիրական օգնությունը գրեթե 6 անգամ՝ 5,7, իսկ Իտալիան՝ 1,2 անգամ:
