Հայկական կուսակցությունների երրորդ ֆորումում Հայաստանն ու Արցախը միասին կքննարկեն երկրների առջեւ ծառացած խնդիրները

Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի կուսակցությունները հունիսի 16-18-ը արդեն երրորդ անգամ կհամախմբվեն Արցախում՝ քննարկելու երկու երկրների առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրավերները տարբեր ոլորտներում եւ առաջարկելու լուծումներ: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը: ՀՀԿ-ի եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության ազգային ժողովի կողմից կազմակերպված Հայկական կուսակցությունների երրորդ ֆորումն այս տարի ոչ միայն ներգրավելու է խորհրդարանական ուժերի, այլեւ արտախորհրդարանական: Արմեն Աշոտյանի խոսքով՝ երրորդ ֆորումը աննախադեպ է նաեւ մի խումբ փորձագետների ներգրավվածությամբ: Մասնակցելու են ՀՀ նախկին արտգործնախարար Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանը, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը, Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը, Արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Հրայր Թովմասյանը, Դավիթ Շահնազարյանը եւ այլք: Ֆորումը մեկնարկելու է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ուղերձով եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի ողջույնի խոսքով:
«Հրավիրել ենք հայաստանյան 17 կուսակցությունների, սակայն 15-ն են մասնակցելու, իսկ Արցախից՝ 6-ը: «Հայկական վերածնունդ»-ից պատասխան չստացանք եւ բացասական պատասխան ստացանք «Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ» դաշինքից: Չենք հրավիրել «Ժառանգություն» եւ «Համախմբում» կուսակցություններին: «Համախմբում»-ը երկար ժամանակ ասպարեզում չի երեւում, իսկ «Երկիր ծիրանի»-ն կազմավորման փուլում է: Անցած տարի ավելի ընդլայնված կազմով էինք մասնակցում, փորձագետներ եւս հրավիրված էին: Ուրախ եմ փաստել, որ ֆորումը դարձել է բարի եւ արդյունավետ ավանդույթ»,-ասաց Աշոտյանը:
ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահը տեղեկացրեց, որ երկօրյա հանդիպումների օրակարգը հագեցած է լինելու մի շարք հարցերով, որոնք առնչվում են երկու երկրների անվտանգությանը, արտաքին քաղաքականության մարտահրավերներին, սոցիալ- տնտեսական զարգացմանը, սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներից հետո պետականաշինության գործընթացին եւ այլն:
«Ֆորումը հաջողվել է քաղաքական մտքի զարկերակ դարձնել, հնարավորություն մեկ հարթակում առավել մանրամասն եւ մասնագիտական քննարկում ունենալու հասարակական, տնտեսական, քաղաքական զարգացումների, մարտահրավերների վերաբերյալ, հայկական կուսակցությունների համար անկաշկանդ արտահայտելու սեփական տեսակետները: Խոստովանենք, որ Արցախում երկխոսություններն ավելի հաջող են լինում, եւ տրամադրվածությունն այլ է: Արցախը միավորող դերակատարություն ունի Հայաստանի գրեթե բոլոր կուսակցությունների համար՝ անկախ տարբեր քաղաքական դիրքորոշումներից»,-ընդգծեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Ֆորումի ավարտին նախատեսվում է ընդունել եւ քննարկել մի բանաձեւ, որում ներառված կլինեն ֆորումի ժամանակ քննարկված առաջարկները, դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված քայլերը:
«Ֆորումն ունի ընդլայնվելու տեղ, այն մի հարթակ է, որ տարին մեկ անգամ համախմբում է կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչներին եւ հնարավորություն տալիս բաց ու անկաշկանդ մթնոլորտում քննարկել երկրի մարտահրավերները՝ մի կողմ թողնելով տարաձայնությունները: Հայաստանում այսպիսի հարթակների կարիք մենք ունենք»-եզրափակեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
