Այս տարի գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտի համար բարդ տարի է լինելու, քանզի տեղացած ուժեղ կարկուտը զգալի վնաս է հասցրել բերքին: Հունիսի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց «Ագրարագյուղացիական միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը: Նա նշեց, որ հակակարկտային կայանները արդեն վաղուց են ապացուցել իրենց անարդյունավետությունը, ուստի պետք է նոր համակարգ ներդնել, որպեսզի խուսափել կարկտից հասված զգալի վնասից:
«Պետք է նոր համակարգ ներդնել. կամ հրթիռային, որի արդյունավետությունը 70 տոկոս է, կամ ցանցային, որի արդյունավետությունը 100 տոկոս է: Կառավարությունը պետք է վարկային բաղադրիչ ստեղծի, և այդ ցանցային համակարգը տեղադրվի: Այդ համակարգը նույնիսկ մեղմացնում է ցրտահարությունը: Ցանցային համակարգի ներդրումով ապահովագրական ընկերությունները նույնպես կակտիվանան»,-ընդգծեց Բերբերյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` կարկտահարությունից տուժած համայնքներում գյուղացուն պետք է ռեալ, շոշափելի օգնություն տրամադրվի:
«Արդյունավետ կլիներ, եթե ֆինանսական օգնություն տրամադրվեր գյուղացուն, ինչպես նաև նրանց վարկերը սառեցվեին»,- նշեց Բերբերյանը:
Անդրադառնալով բերքահավաքին՝ փորձագետը նշեց, որ այս տարի թանկացումներ են սպասվում:
«Շուկայում արդեն իսկ կան թանկացումներ, օրինակ` կարտոֆիլն այս տարի երկու անգամ ավելի թանկ է, քան նախորդ տարի: Ծիրանի ու խաղողի գինը նույնպես կբարձրանա»,- ասաց Բերբերյանը:
