Հրազդանի բնակչին վրաերթի ենթարկելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 16-ամյա պատանու

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1959 թ. ծնված Վալերի Թորոսյանին վրաերթի ենթարկելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Հրազդանի 16-ամյա բնակչին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017թ. հունիսի 8-ին Հրազդանի քաղաքապետարանին պատկանող «Նիսսան Տիանա» մակնիշի 444 LL 70 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան Հրազդան քաղաքի Շահումյան փողոցում, Քաղսի գյուղից դեպի Հրազդան ընթանալիս, նախկին կաթի գործարանի մոտ, վրաերթի է ենթարկել ճանապարհը հատող հետիոտն, նույն քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1959թ. ծնված Վալերի Թորոսյանին։ Վերջինս մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Հրազդան ԲԿ» ՓԲԸ, որտեղ էլ գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է:
Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ նշված մեքենայի ղեկին գտնվել է 16 տարեկան պատանի, ով Հրազդան քաղաքի Շահումյան փողոցում դեպի Հրազդան ընթանալիս, խախտելով ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները, վրաերթի է ենթարկել ճանապարհը հատող հետիոտնին:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 16-ամյա պատանուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ), և հարցաքննվել։ Անչափահասի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ, որոնց եզրակացությունները դեռ չեն ստացվել։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
