Տհաճ գազերից ազատվելու 7 բնական միջոց

Ով իրեն վատ չէր զգացել, երբ պատահաբար գազ էր արձակել ամենաանհարմար ժամանակ: Պատճառները տարբեր են, բայց հիմնականում կախված են նրանից, թե ինչ եք ուտում՝ լոբի, ընկույզ, ծաղկակաղամբ և արտիճուկ՝ գազ առաջացնող մթերքներից մի քանիսն են: Այլ պատճառներից են՝ լակտոզայի չյուրացումը, որոշ դեղեր (օրինակ՝ լուծողականներ) , սթրեսը, անհանգստությունը:
1. Դարչին
Նվազեցնում է ստամոքսի այտուցվածությունը՝այդպիսով կանխելով գազի առաջացումը: Այն նաև հեշտ է օգտագործել՝ կարող եք ավելացնել կաթին և խմել:
250 գ. կաթ տաքացրեք, մինչև եռա: Երբ բավականաչափ տաք լինի, ավելացրեք 1 թ. գ. դարչին, խառնեք և կրակն անջատեք: Խառնուդրը խմեք ամեն գիշեր քնելուց առաջ: Ըստ ցանկության կարող եք մի քիչ մեղր ավելացնել՝ քաղցրության համար:
2. Կոճապղպեղ
Այն ավելացրեք սննդին կամ որպես ըմպելիք խմեք: Ահա բաղադրատոմսը՝
250 մլ ջուր տաքացրեք 2 թ. գ. կոճապղպեղի փոշու հետ և մարմանդ կրակի վրա հասցրեք եռման վիճակի: Հենց եռա, եռացրեք 10 րոպե: Վերցրեք կրակի վրայից, թողեք 5 րոպե սառի և խառնուրդը ֆիլտրեք: Խմեք օրական 3 անգամ և կզարմանաք:
3. Ալոե վերա
Ալոե վերայի գելը մեղմացնում է որովայնի ցավը և նվազեցնում է գազը: Կարող եք գելը հենց այդպես օգտագործել կամ խառնել տաք ջրին՝ թեյ պատրաստելու համար:
4. Մանանեխի սերմեր
Ավելացրեք սննդին կամ առավոտյան ջրով երկու սերմ խմեք: Օրական աստիճանաբար չափաքանակն ավելացրեք, մինչև կարողանաք օրական 12 սերմ ընդունել, բայց ոչ անմիջապես: Խմեք 4 հատ առավոտյան, 2՝ ճաշից հետո, 6՝ քնելուց առաջ և այլն:
5. Չամանի սերմեր
Խառնեք այս ըմպելիքին՝
250 մլ ջուր հասցրեք եռման վիճակի: Վերցրեք կրակի վրայից և ավելացրեք 1 թ. գ. սերմ: Ծածկեք և թողեք մոտ 5 րոպե: Խմեք քնելուց առաջ:
Իդեալական տարբերակում պետք է խմեք օրական 3 բաժակ, բայց ձեզ մի ստիպեք:
6. Սխտոր
Կարող եք այն ցանկացած ձևով օգտագործել, բայց առավել օգտակար է այս բաղադրատոմսը՝
3 պճեղ սխտոր մաքրեք, երկու մասի կտրեք: Կաթսայի մեջ լցրեք ջուր, պղպեղ, չաման և սխտոր, միացրեք կրակը: Եփեք 5 րոպե, վերցրեք կրակի վրայից, թողեք մնա 5 րոպե: Քամեք և խմեք սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում օրական 3 անգամ:
7. Խնձորի քացախ
250 մլ ջուր խառնեք 4 թ. գ. խնձորի քացախին, մի քանի րոպե տաքացրեք՝ չհասցնելով եռման վիճակի: Վերցրեք կրակի վրայից և թողեք սառի մինչև սենյակային ջերմաստիճան: Ըմպելիքը պատրաստ է:
