Տարիների ընթացքում կուտակված խորքային հարցերը լուծելը վարորդների «թրաշից» ու «չստիկներից» կարևոր են. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Պարզվում է, որ տարիներ շարունակ կառավարության փնթի գործելաոճը ոչ միայն Հայաստան ապրանք ներկրողներին է հունից հանում, այլև տաքսիստներին: Եվ ցանկացած ոլորտի կեղտը ջրի երես է դուրս գալիս, երբ կառավարության նիստերի ժամանակ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը որոշում է մատը դնել երկրում առկա այս կամ այն «ցավոտ» կետի վրա:
Այս անգամ հերթը տաքսիստներինն էր, բայց ցավալի է, որ հարգարժան վարչապետին այնքան պարզունակ էին ներկայացրել տարիների ընթացքում ոլորտում կուտակված ու «թարախակալված» խնդիրները, որ նա սահմանափակվեց միայն վարորդների հողաթափերին ու երեսի թրաշին անդրադառնալով:
Ամեն ինչից առաջ նախ պետք է հիշել, որ տարիներ շարունակ նրանց հաշվին հարստացող գծատերերն են ամեն օր, օրը 18 ժամ իրենց «ոտքերը մաքրում» վարորդների վրա: Երկրորդ՝ նրանք ամենախոցելի խավն են, քանի որ գրեթե բոլորը նյարդերի գերլարվածության հետևանքով լուրջ առողջական խնդիրներ ունեն, բայց ճորտատիրական կարգերը թույլ չեն տալիս ոչ գումար խնայել, ոչ էլ սեփական առողջությանը հետևել: Եվ այս պայմաններում մարդիկ տարիներ շարունակ «ապրում» ու «աշխատում» են, եթե դա իրականում կարելի է ապրել ու աշխատել համարել:
Բացի այդ, վարորդների կյանքում առկա շատ խնդիրներ տարիների ընթացքում մնացել, մեծացել ու գերխնդրի են վերածվել, որը կառավարությունը թեև իր նախորդներից է ժառանգել, բայց համաձայնեք, որ օր առաջ պետք է լուծել: Եվ մեկ–երկու վարորդից ոլորտի խնդիրների մասին տեղեկանալու, դրանք շուտափույթ լուծելու ուղիներ գտնելու և առաջարկելու փոխարեն, ի լուր աշխարհի այդ մարդկանց հասցեին նսեմացնող հայտարարություններ անելը, մեղմ ասած, բարոյական չէ:
Ի դեպ, հարգարժան կառավարությանը հիշեցնենք, որ վարորդների թվում կան բազմաթիվ որակյալ ինժեներներ, պատմաբաններ, տնտեսագետներ, ովքեր բարբարոս սեփականաշնորհման ժամանակ կորցրել են իրենց աշխատանքն էլ, աշխատատեղն էլ: Եվ այսօր օրվա հաց վաստակելու համար ստիպված ղեկ պտտեցնելով են գումար վաստակում: Իհարկե քիչ չեն, այսպես ասած, հոգով ու սրտով վարորդի մասնագիտությունը սիրողները, որոնք իրենց այլ աշխատանք կատարելիս չեն էլ պատկերացնում: Բայյց սա էլ մի կողմ:
Այսօր ամենակարևոր հարցերից մեկը ոչ թե տաքսիստների հողաթափերն են, այլ քաղաքային տրանսպորտի ոլորտում աշխատող վարորդների հոգեկան առողջության ուսումնասիրությունը, որն այնքան է խորացել, որ նույնիսկ բժշկի մասնագիտությունից կիլոմետրով հեռու մարդկանց համար է տեսանելի դարձել: Սա իհարկե, ոչ կառավարության, ոչ Ազգային Ժողովի, որ էլ քաղաքապետերի համար հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչ է նշանակում հոգեկան խնդիրներ կամ նարկոդիսպանսերում հաշվառված մարդկանց «սպասարկումից» օգտվելը, քանի որ դժվար թե նրանք վերջին 20–30 տարում քաղաքային տրանսպորտից օգտված լինեն: Բայց մարդիկ ամեն օր, օրը երկու անգամ, օգտվելով քաղաքային տրանսպորտից, իրենց նյարդերն ու կյանքը փորձության ենթարկելով են տեղից տեղ երթևեկում: Նրանցից գումար քամելու ժամանակ մոռանում եք, թե այդ թրաշով ու չստիկներով վարորդները որքան հարկ, տուրք, տույժ, տուգանք են մուծում ճանապարհային երթևեկության սխալ գծանշումների ու կանոնների պատճառով: Իսկ այս թվերի մասին ձեզ տեղեկացրե՞լ են, թե ամենակարևորը խնդրին կոսմետիկ լուծումներ տալն ու առաջ անցնել է …
