«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահ Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը նախորդ տարի ավելացրել է իր անշարժ գույքը ևս երկուսով: Նա 89 հազար 847 դրամով հողամաս է գնել, իսկ 120 հազար դրամով էլ՝ նոր կառուցված, անշարժ գույքի կադաստր վարող լիազոր մարմնի կողմից հաշվառված ու գնահատված շինություն: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նրա՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:
Ուսումնասիրելով դատավորի կնոջ՝ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի հայտարարագիրը, տեսնում ենք, որ վերևում նշված հողամասի ու շինության համար ամուսինները համասեփականատերեր են, քանի որ կնոջ հայտարարագրում նույնպես դրանք գնելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն կա: Այս գնումից հետո դատավորի 3 բնակարանին և մեկ շինությանը ավելացան ևս 2–ը:
Դատավորի դրամական միջոցները նախորդ տարի կազմել են 5 միլիոն դրամ և 35 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար, իսկ տարեկան եկամուտները ստացվել են աշխատավարձից և կազմել 10 միլիոն 216 հազար դրամ: Կինը հայտարարագրել է 5 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ և 2 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար դրամական միջոցներ, տարեկան եկամուտներն էլ կազմել են 358 հազար դրամ և ստացվել աշխատավարձից:
