Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո Մադաղիսն աստիճանաբար վերականգնվում է

Ապրիլյան առճակատումից հետո Մադաղիսում շատ բան է փոխվել, պետական միջոցներով պատերազմի հետքերն այնտեղ վերացվել են, իրականացվել են մի շարք ծրագրեր: Հաճախ ենք լինում այնտեղ, հանդիպում համայնքի ղեկավար Զավեն Ավանեսյանի և բնակիչների հետ:
 
Օրերս կրկին եղանք գյուղում: Պետական միջոցներով Մադաղիսում նախատեսվում է կառուցել մարզադահլիճ և մանկապարտեզ: Գործող մանկապարտեզի շենքը տիպային չէ, այդ պատճառով կառուցվելու է նոր շենք՝ նկուղային հարկով, որը կծառայի որպես ապաստարան: Մանկապարտեզը նախատեսվում է կառուցվել հենց բնակելի թաղամասում: Մադաղիսի դպրոցին կից նախատեսվում է ունենալ մարզադահլիճ, որը նույնպես կունենա ապաստարան և նկուղային հարկով կմիացվի դպրոցի նկուղային հարկի հետ:
 
Սահմանմերձ գյուղում բարեկարգվել են ճանապարհները, լուսավորվել փողոցները, արդիականացվել է ներքին ջրացանցը: Խմելու ջրի խնդիր չունեն այդտեղ, միայն թե ջուրը չի ֆիլտրացվում: Ապրիլից հետո ամբողջությամբ վերանորոգվել են վնասված բնակարաններն ու շենք–շինությունները: 10 բնակարան կապիտալ վերանորոգվել է, նախատեսվում է վերակառուցել ևս 27–ը: Հին բնակարանները ամբողջությամբ վերակառուցվել են և տրվել այն բնակիչներին, ովքեր տասնյակ տարիներ շարունակ գյուղում են ապրում՝ ամուսնացած, ընտանիքավորված, բայց բնակարան չունեն: Եվս նախատեսվում է 27 բնակարանների շինաշխատանքներ, մի մասն ամբողջությամբ վերանորոգում են, մի մասի էլ տանիքներն են վերանորոգում, մնացածը՝ բնակիչների ուժերով:
 
Քաղպաշտպանության պլանի համաձայն, գյուղում հաճախ են վարժանքներ անցկացվում՝ հանրությանն ավելի կառավարելի դարձնելու նպատակով: Պատերազմի օրերին մադաղիսցիները կրել են զգալի նյութական կորուստներ, համապատասխան մասնագետների կողմից գնահատվել են դրանք և վնասների փոխհատուցումը կատարվում է փուլերով:
 
Խիզախ մադաղիսցիներն ունեն անհաղթելի ոգի: Ապրիլյան պատերազմից ամենաշատ տուժած բնակավայրերից է Մադաղիսը: Տոկուն կամքի ու հայրենիքին անվերապահ կապվածության շնորհիվ մադաղիսցիները նորից լարել են ուժերը և աստիճանաբար վերականգնում են գյուղ–հայրենին:
