Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը 15-րդ անգամ «Ուղիղ գծով» պատասխանում Է ռուսաստանցիների հարցերին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Ինչպես նշում Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, պետության ղեկավարի հետ խոսակցության գլխավոր թեմաները 2017 թվականին կարող են դառնալ սոցիալական եւ կենցաղային խնդիրները, երկրի տնտեսական իրադրությունը: Պուտինի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովի տվյալներով՝ միջազգային հարցերը առանձնապես չեն հուզում քաղաքացիներին, ուստի ամենատարածված հարցերի ցուցակում դրանք «նույնիսկ տասներորդ տեղում Էլ չեն»:
Վերջին տարիներին հաստատված ավանդույթի համաձայն, Պուտինը հարցերին պատասխանում Է մոսկովյան ստուդիայից, ուր հրավիրված են հյուրեր, այդ թվում՝ «քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստներ, հեռուստատեսային նյութերի հերոսներ, ինչ-որ կերպ իրենց դրսեւորած մարդիկ, որոնք ակտիվ քաղաքացիական դիրք են բռնել»: «Ուղիղ գծի» կազմակերպիչներն արդեն ընդունել են շուրջ 2 մլն հարց, որոնք ստացվում են տարբեր կապուղիներով:
Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ «Ուղիղ գիծը» հեռուստատեսային ծրագիր Է, որի ընթացքում պետության ղեկավարը ուղիղ եթերում պատասխանում Է Ռուսաստանի եւ մերձավոր արտերկրի բնակիչների հարցերին:
Նման վերջին ծրագիրը կայացել Է 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին: Իսկ առաջին անգամ համազգային հեռուստառադիոալիքներով երկրի քաղաքացիների հետ նախագահի շփման այդ ձեւաչափը կազմակերպվել Է 2001 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ին: Հետագայում «Ուղիղ գծերն» անցկացվել են ամեն տարի, բացառությամբ 2004 եւ 2012 թվականների: Ընդամենը Պուտինը մասնակցել Է 14 հաղորդումների, որոնցից տասին՝ որպես պետության ղեկավար եւ չորսին՝ որպես կառավարության նախագահ: Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը քանիցս նշել Է, որ «Ուղիղ գծի» կանոնակարգ գոյություն չունի: Պուտինն ինքն Է որոշում՝ որքան կտեւի խոսակցությունը ուղիղ հեռուստաեթերում: «Ուղիղ գծի» ռեկորդը սահմանվել Է 2013 թվականին, երբ Պուտինը հարցերին պատասխանել Է 4 ժամ 45 րոպե:
