Վերին Գետաշենում հիմնովին լուծվել է շուրջօրյա խմելու ջրի մատակարարման հիմնախնդիրը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Գետաշեն գյուղում ավարտվել է խմելու ջրի մատակարարման համակարգի վերակառուցման ծրագիրը, որը մեկնարկել էր 2016 թվականի հուլիս ամսին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Վերին Գետաշենի գյուղապետ Ռուբիկ Ղուկասյանը, շինարարական աշխատանքներն իրականացվել են ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի «Գյուղական տարածքների տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» պետական հիմնարկի կողմից տրամադրված միջոցների եւ Վերին Գետաշենի գյուղապետարանի կողմից կատարված համապատասխան ներդրումների հաշվին: Ծրագրի նախագծանախահաշվային արժեքը կազմել է 867 միլիոն դրամ: Ծրագրի իրականացման ավարտի համար սահմանվել էր 1 տարի ժամկետ: Վերին Գետաշենի գյուղապետարանի կողմից կատարվելիք ներդրման չափը կազմել է 43 միլիոն 350 հազար դրամ, որից գյուղապետարանն արդեն իսկ փոխանցել է 25 միլիոն դրամը:
«Ծրագրով նախատեսված էր 13 կիլոմետր արտաքին, 5 կիլոմետր ներքին ցանցի, 1 աղբյուրակապի, օրվա կարգավորիչ 2 ջրամբարների վերակառուցում, 2 քլորակայանի եւ 1 պահակատան կառուցում: Գյուղը սնող արտաքին ջրատարը, որը կառուցվել է 1961 թվականին, ունի 26 կիլոմետր երկարություն: Դրանից 13 կիլոմետրը վերջին տարիներին հիմնանորոգվել է Վերին Գետաշենի գյուղապետարանի միջոցների հաշվին: Ներքին ցանցը 15 կիլոմետր է, որի 10 կիլոմետրն արդեն հիմնանորոգել էինք տեղական բյուջեի եւ գյուղի առանձին բարերարների միջոցների հաշվին: 2017 թվականի հունիսի 10-ի դրությամբ արդեն ամբողջությամբ ավարտվել է ջրամատակարարման համակարգի վերակառուցումը: Ճիշտ է, մենք գրեթե միշտ ունեցել ենք կանոնավոր ջրամատակարարում, սակայն թե՛ արտաքին, թե՛ ներքին ցանցերում հաճախակիացել էին վթարները, որոնց արդյունքում, հատկապես ձմռան ամիսներին, գյուղն օրերով ջրազրկվում էր, մինչեւ որ կարողանում էինք վերացնել վթարները: Հիմա արդեն կբացառվեն նման խնդիրները, մենք մշտապես կունենանք շուրջօրյա անխափան ջրամատակարարում»,-իրավիճակը ներկայացրեց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Ռուբիկ Ղուկասյանի հավաստմամբ՝ գյուղապետարանը, համայնքի ավագանու որոշման համաձայն, իր վրա է վերցնում ջրամատակարարման համակարգի սպասարկումը եւ դրա հետ կապված բոլոր ծախսերը:
