ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը սկսել է ցույց տալ դրական արդյունք

 ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հետ համագործակցության շրջանակում Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը, հայկական բիզնեսը նախորդ տարի սկսել են ցույց տալ դրական արդյունք: «Ապրանքի իրացման լավագույն ուղիները ԵԱՏՄ շուկայի մասնակիցների համար» թեմայով Բիշքեկ-Երևան-Սարատով-Մոսկվա-Աստանա-Մինսկ տեսակամուրջի ժամանակ նշեց փորձագետ Հայկ Խալաթյանը: Նրա փոխանցմամբ, նախորդ տարի Հայաստանի` ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ ընդհանուր առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալը կազմել է 15 տոկոս, կտրուկ ավելացել է հայկական ապրանքների արտահանման ծավալը: Հայկ Խալաթյանը նկատեց, որ նախորդ տարվա դինամիկան ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է լուծել ներդրումների խնդիրը:

«Ներդրումային խնդիրը Հայաստանի ամենացավոտ կողմն է: Պետք է ներդրումներ կատարել Հայաստանում, օգտագործել այն հնարավորությունները, որոնք կան մեր երկրում: Նախ այստեղ մարդկային ռեսուրսի մեծ ներուժ կա: Առաջատար համարվող տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտը վերջին 10-15 տարիների ընթացքում կայուն աճ է ապահովում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց փորձագետը:

Դրանից բացի, Հայաստանը տնտեսական համագործակցության հնարավորություններ ունի ԱՄՆ-ի, Եվրոպայի հետ: ԵՄ հետ գործում է GSP+ համակարգը, որը մի շարք արտոնություններ է տալիս դեպի Եվրամիության երկրներ ապրանք արտահանելու դեպքում: Հայաստանը նաև իրականացնում է բավական ճկուն արտաքին քաղաքականություն, շատ լավ հարաբերությունների մեջ է հարևան Իրանի հետ: Հայաստանը Իրանի հետ սահմանին ստեղծում է ազատ առևտրի տնտեսական գոտի: Հայկ Խալաթյանի խոսքով, դա հնարավորություն կտա ոչ միայն ապրանք արտահանել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միություն, այլև դուրս գալ իրանական շուկա: Դրանից բացի, Հայաստանը բանակցություններ է վարում Չինաստանի հետ, առաջարկելու միակողմանի արտոնությունների տրամադրման համակարգ:
