Կառավարությունը 2018-ին 70-80 տոկսով ավելացնելու է ուռուցքային հիվանդների բուժման պետպատվերը

Հայաստանում ուռուցքային հիվանդների պետպատվերով բուժման համար հատկացվող միջոցները 2018 թվականի կավելացվեն 70-80 տոկոսով: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը:
Անդրադառնալով ուռուցքային հիվանդների բուժման համար պահանջվող անօրինական գումարներին և Ֆանարջյանի անվան ուռուցքաբանական կենտրոնի մասնավորեցմանը՝ նախարարը նշեց. «Պետպատվերը ոչ թե կենտրոնին է տրվում, այլ տրվում է սահմանափակ քանակի հիվանդների բուժման նպատակով: Որպես պետպատվերի վերաբաշխում այդ գումարը տարեկան կազմում է 980 միլիոն դրամ: Այդ գումարն ավելանալու, այլ ոչ թե նվազելու հակում ունի` հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանում ուռուցքային հիվանդությունների աճը: Մեր կանխատեսումներով՝ 2018 թվականի բյուջեում մոտավորապես 70-80 տոկոսով բարձրացնելու ենք պետպատվերը»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ահազանգերին, որ Ֆանարջյանի անվան ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնում ճառագայթային բուժումը վճարովի է, թեև դա պետպատվեր է, նախարարն ասաց, որ ոչ մի բուժհաստատություն իրավունք չունի գումարներ գանձել այն ծառայություների համար, որոնք ներառված են պետպատվերի շրջանակներում:
«Եթե որևէ հաստատություն նման բան է անում, ուրեմն անօրինական է, չեմ կարծում, որ Ֆանարջյանի անվան կենտրոնը գնում է անօրինական գործողությունների, ես կարծում եմ, որ խոսքը հավելյալ գործողությունների մասին է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց նա՝ ավելացնելով, որ անհրաժեշտ է դեպք առ դեպք դրանք ուսումնասիրել:
Լևոն Ալթունյանի խոսքով՝ իրենք ոչ թե ակնկալում են ինչ-որ գումարներ գանձել մասնավորեցման գործընթացից, այլ հասնել կառավարման, պետական պատվերի գումարներն օգտագործելու արդյունավետության: «Այստեղ մենք ակնկալում ենք և կադրային օպտիմալացում, և բուժման ժամկետների կրճատում, և հիվանդների հոսքի կառավարման արդյունավետության աճ»,- ասաց նա:
