Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության ղեկավար Պյոտր Սվիտալսկիի հայտարարությունը մեր երկրում ժողովրդավարության գնահատականն է։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցին ասաց Հայոց համազգային շարժման անդամ, Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանն առաջին անգամ չի անտեսում ոչ միայն եվրոպացիների, այլեւ ընտրությունների հետ կապված կառույցների քննադատությունը։ «Եւ լավագույն դեպքում ասում է՝ այո, խնդիրը կա, եւ մենք ձեր օգնությամբ կլուծենք այն»։ Սվիտալսկիի հայտարարությունը նրա ներկայացրած կառույցի դիրքորոշումն է։ Եւ որքան էլ արդարանան կամ դա անտեսեն ԿՀԸ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն ու նույնիսկ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, այդ մարդու եւ այդ կառույցի կարծիքը չի փոխվի», -նշեց Իգիթյանը։
Ըստ նրա՝ քննադատության նպատակը բանավեճ ծավալելը չէ, այլ խոսքը գնահատականի մասին է։ «Այդպես են գնահատվում Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական գործընթացները։ Եւ այդ կարծիքը մեզ շատ է խանգարում այլ հարցերում։ Դրանից Հայաստանը տուժում է եւ քաղաքական տեսանկյունից, եւ շատ այլ հարցերում»,-հավելեց Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը։
Հիշեցնենք. Սվիտալսկին խոսելով խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մասին, հայտարարել է. «Իր նախնական զեկույցում ԵՄ-ն նշել է, որ ընտրակաշառքների բաժանելու, ձայներ գնելու դեպքեր են գրանցվել։ Դեպքեր են եղել, երբ մարդկանց ստորացրել եւ ծեծի են ենթարկել»։ ԵՄ դեսպանն առաջարկել է չտառապել պատրանքներով ու խոստովանել խնդրի լրջությունը։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ լուծում գտնելու համար կողմերը պետք է քննարկեն խնդիրը։ «Այդ ամենի վերաբերյալ ես իմ սեփական կարծիքն ունեմ։ Ես վստահ եմ, որ բոլոր հայերը պետք է քննարկեն խնդիրը։ Իշխող ուժերը փորձում են Ընտրական օրենսգիրքն իրենց հարմարացնել»,-ասել է եվրոպացի պաշտոնյան։ Նա կոչ է արել բարձրացնել վստահության մակարդակը Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նկատմամբ՝ դրա աշխատանքներում քաղաքական ուժերի լայն հատվածի ներգրավման միջոցով։
