Երեւանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատի տնօրեն է ընտրվել Վահան Զուրաբյանը

Վերջին օրերին բուռն քննարկումների առարկա դարձած Երեւանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատի տնօրեն է ընտրվել Վահան Զուրաբյանը: Այս տեղեկությունն այսօր՝ հունիսի 15-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց Վահան Զուրաբյանը:
Ընտրությունը տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում՝ բաց մրցույթով:
«Առաջնորդվելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի 2006թ. փետրվարի 16-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության համակարգի պետական ոչ առեւտրային կազմակերպությունների եւ այն փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների, որոնց հարյուր տոկոս բաժնեմասի տիրապետման իրավասությունը վերապահված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությանը, գործադիր մարմինների ընտրության (նշանակման) մրցույթի անցկացման եւ մրցութային հանձնաժողովի ձեւավորման եւ կազմի հաստատման կարգը հաստատելու մասին» N21-Ն հրամանով` մրցութային հանձնաժողովը որոշել է մրցույթի արդյունքում հաղթող ճանաչել` Վահան Զուրաբյանին:
Նշենք, որ Վահան Զուրաբյանը արդեն երկու ամիս տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար էր, որի գործունեությունից արդեն իսկ դժգոհություններ էին եղել: ՓիԱր-ի զարգացման հայկական կենտրոնը բաց նամակ էր ուղղել վարչապետին եւ տեղեկացրել Երեւանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատում տեղի ունեցող չարաշահումների մասին: Նամակում դժգոհությունները հիմնականում նորանշանակ տնօրեն Վահան Զուրաբյանի գործելաոճին էին ուղղված. նրան մեղադրում են ագրեսիվ վարքագիծ դրսեւորելու, «ծերերին տեռորի ենթարկելու» մեջ: Նշվել է, որ տուն-ինտերնատում կան խնդիրներ կապված սննդի, չարաշահումների եւ բնակիչների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի հետ կապված, որոնց մասին արդեն մի քանի անգամ բարձրաձայնում են, սակայն, այդպես էլ ոչինչ չի արվում: ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչները մոտ երկու շաբաթ առաջ մանրամասն ստուգումներ են իրականացրել տուն-ինտերնատում եւ արձանագրել մի շարք խնդիրներ:
