ՀԷՑ-ի գնորդը մի շարք նոր պարտավորություններ է ստանձնել

«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության սեփականատիրոջ պարտավորությունները վաճառքից հետո բավականաչափ ընդլայնվել են։ Գնորդ ընկերությունը, նախկինից բացի, ստանձնել է նաև նոր պարտավորություններ, որոնք էական նշանակություն կարող են ունենալ ՀԷՑ-ի ֆինանսական վիճակի բարելավման համար։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մասնավորապես, սեփականատիրոջ պարտավորությունների մեջ է մտնում առնվազն 2 տոկոսով նվազեցնել ընկերության տեխնոլոգիական կորուստները։ Մյուս կողմից՝ վերջինս պարտավոր է թույլ չտալ առևտրային կորուստների ավելացում՝ 2014-2015թթ. սակագնային տարվա համեմատ։ Առաջիկա 5 տարվա ընթացքում նոր սեփականատերը պետք է ներդնի միջազգային ISO ստանդարտներ, էապես բարելավի ընկերության որակի կառավարու մը և էներգետիկայի համակարգը։
Գնորդը պարտավոր է պայմանագրերում ամրագրված ժամկետներում ապահովել ընկերության կողմից 100 տոկոս վճարումներ՝ արտադրողներին և ծառայություն մատուցողներին: Ինչպես հայտնի է, ֆինանսական դժվարությունների հետևանքով, վերջին շրջանում նախկին սեփականատերը ի վիճակի չէր լինում ժամանակին և ամբողջությամբ կատարել այդ պայմանը։ Մի բան, ինչը խնդիրներ էր ստեղծում արտադրող կայանների և ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերությունների համար:
