Ծննդկանը 4 տարի է՝ կոմայի մեջ է. Վանաձորի ԲԿ-ի եւ ծննդատան բաժանմունքի վարիչի միջեւ դատական վեճը շարունակվում է

Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնի ղեկավարության եւ ծննդատան բաժանմունքի վարիչի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Շահվերդյանի եւ անեսթեզիոլոգ Ալվարդ Հայրապետյանի միջեւ դատական վեճը շարունակվում է:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նրանց միջեւ դատական քաշքշուկը սկսվել է 2013թ.-ի մայիսի 18-ից, երբ Վանաձորի ծննդատանը ծննդաբերած Լիլիթ Նալբանդյանն ընկավ կոմայի մեջ: Ըստ հարազատների՝ ծննդաբերությունից հետո բժիշկները հեռացել են, իսկ կնոջ մոտ արյունահոսություն է սկսվել, այնուհետեւ կլինիկական մահ է արձանագրվել եւ նա հայտնվել է կոմայի մեջ: Երկարատեւ քաշքշուկներից հետո իրավապահ մարմիններն այդպես էլ բժշկական սխալ չգտան, քրեական գործը կարճեցին: Լիլիթ Նալբանդյանի հարազատներն առ այսօր համոզված են՝ Դավիթ Շահվերդյանի եւ անեսթեզիոլոգի պատճառով է տեղի ունեցել այս ամենը:
Չնայած բժիշկներին մեղադրանք չառաջադրվեց, Նալբանդյանների քաղաքացիական հայցն ընդդեմ Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնի բավարարվեց: 2014թ.-ին դատարանը պարտավորեցրեց հիվանդանոցի ղեկավարությանը 6 մլն դրամ վճարել, ինչպես նաեւ ամսական շուրջ 600 հազար դրամ տրամադրել կոմայի մեջ գտնվող ծննդկանի ընտանիքին: Ի դեպ, այս գումարն ամեն ամիս հենց բժշկական կենտրոնի ղեկավարությունն է տրամադրում: Շահվերդյանից եւ անեսթեզիոլոգից գումարը բռնագանձելու համար ԲԿ-ն դիմել էր դատարան: Շուրջ 3 տարի է՝ քաղհայցը քննվում է: Օրերս, գործի քննությունը վերսկսվել է, այն մակագրվել է նոր դատավորի:
Նշենք, որ մինչ հիվանդանոցն ու բժիշկները դատական քաշքշուկի մեջ են, Շահվերդյանի ընդունած ծննդկանների արյունահոսության դեպքերը սրանով չեն սահմանափակվում: 2016թ. հոկտեմբերի 18-ին նույն բժշկական կենտրոնում 32-ամյա ծննդկան մահացավ: Կնոջ մոտ ծննդաբերությունից հետո արյունահոսություն սկսվեց, իսկ ժամեր անց մահացավ: Կատարվածի մեջ ծննդկանի հարազատները մեղադրում են ընդունող բժիշկ Բալայանին եւ Շահվերդյանին: Դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
