«Ադրբեջանի երկաթուղիները» սնա՞նկ է

Reuters գործակալությունը հետաքրքիր տեղեկություն է հրապարակել, որը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ ապշերոնյան սուլթանի վիճակը գնալով վատթարանում է։ «Ադրբեջանի երկաթուղիներ» ՓԲԸ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել, ըստ որի՝ փնտրում է ֆինանսական հարցերով միջազգային խորհրդատուի։ Ըստ բրիտանական գործակալության՝ այդ խորհրդատուի հիմնական գործառույթը «Ադրբեջանի երկաթուղիներ» ՓԲԸ-ի պարտքերի վերաֆինանսավորման մեխանիզմների փնտրտուքն է լինելու։ Սա նշանակում է, որ «Ադրբեջանի երկաթուղիները» ծայրահեղ ծանր ֆինանսական վիճակում է, և չի բացառվում, որ կարող է սնանկ ճանաչվել։ Հիշեցնեմ, որ ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ պաշտոնապես սնանկ է ճանաչվել նաև Ադրբեջանի Միջազգային բանկը, որի կուտակած պարտքերը կազմում են 3 միլիարդ ամերիկյան դոլար։ Բանկի պարտքերի պատճառով բավական սրվել են Ադրբեջանի կառավարության հարաբերությունները եվրոպացի խոշոր ներդրողների, ինչպես նաև Ղազախստանի հետ, որի իշխանությունները ժամանակին Ղազախստանի կեսնաթոշակային հիմնադրամի կուտակած 250 միլիոն դոլարը ներդրել էին ԱՄԲ-ում, իսկ հիմա կանգնած են դրանք հետ չստանալու վտանգի առաջ։
Reuters-ը նաև հիշեցնում է, որ օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին ահռելի պարտքեր ունեն կուտակած նաև ադրբեջանական պետական այնպիսի խոշոր ձեռնարկություններ, ինչպիսիք են SOCAR-ը, Azerenerji-ին և AZAL-ը։
Միջազգային շուկայում նավթի գների անկման պատճառով ապշերոնյան սուլթանի գործերը օրեցօր վատանում են։ Նավթային կախվածության մեջ գտնվող Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը «լոմկայի» մեջ է հայտնվել նավթադոլարների պակասից, որի հետևանքները կարող են ծայրահեղ ծանր լինել։ Իլհամ Ալիևի նման բռնապետն ամեն ինչ կանի, որ պահպանի իշխանությունը։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղել երկրի ներքին խնդիրներից։ Այդ հանգամանքը հաշվի առնելով՝ Հայաստանը և Արցախը պետք է պատրաստ լինեն Ալիևի բոլոր տեսակ սադրանքներին։
ԱՄԲ-ի, իսկ հիմա արդեն «Ադրբեջանի երկաթուղիների» սնանկությունը մեծ հարված է հասցնելու նաև Ադրբեջանի միջազգային վարկանիշին և հեռու է պահելու օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին Ադրբեջանից։
