Սվիտալսկու հայտարարությունն ինքնին հանդգնություն է, բայց տարակուսանք է առաջացնում որոշ քաղաքական գործիչների կողմից այդ հայտարարության արդարացումը ու քաղհասարակության որոշ շերտերի ոգևորվածությունը։ Սիրելի՛ հարգելիներ, դուք հասկանո՞ւմ եք, որ Սվիտալսկու հայտարարությունը ավելի անշնորհք քայլ էր՝ սուվերենության անձեռնմխելիության տեսանկյունից, քան ասենք նույն Կիսելյովի բրնձածները՝ ռուսերենի մասին։
Երիցս կրկնեմ՝ Սվիտալսկին ղալլաթ է արել՝ հայտարարելով, որ ԿԸՀ-ում այս կամ այն փոփոխությունները ՊԵՏՔ է արվեն։ Սվիտալսկին նույնքան ղալլաթ կաներ, եթե ԿԸՀ-ի չէ, այլ ասենք Աջափնյակի շրջանի կադաստրի բաժանմունքի վերաբերյալ նման բան աներ։ Այն պարզ պատճառով, որ այդ հարցերը մեր որոշելիքն են, ոչ թե ԵՄ-ի, Լեհաստանի ու առավել ևս՝ Սվիտալսկու։ Բայց սա դեռ մի կողմ․․․
Երեկ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը, այսօր Վարդան Փոստանջայնը ըստ էության ասում են հետևյալ միտքը․ «հա դե ի՞նչ է եղել որ, հիմա ասել-ասել է։ Համ էլ իրանք մեզ փող են տալիս, կարան նաև կարծիք հայտնեն»։ Ուրիշ ժամանակ, դոշերն են ծեծում՝ հավաստիացնելով, թե ինչ լավ բան է անկախությունը ու առհասարակ՝ ինչ անկախ ենք մենք։ Հարցադրումս միայն այս երկուսին չի վերաբերվում․ բա քանի՞ գրոշ արժի ձեր անկախությունը, եթե այսպես պատրաստակամ պատրաստ եք զիջել այն, ինչ է թե ԵՄ-ն գրանտերի հիմնական դոնոր է։ Բա եթե փող տվողները վաղն էլ ասեն, որ ասենք Արցախը պետք է վերադարձնել ադրբեջանին, էլի՞ կուռկուռի ձագի այս կեցվածքն եք ընդունելու։ Չէ՞ որ ԵՄ-ն ու Սվիտալսկու գործատուները փող են տալիս։
Ու առհասարակ՝ ԱԳՆ-ին էլ պետք է երևի հիշեցնենք, որ տարբեր դեսպանների գյամերը քաշելը իրենց գործառույթն է ու խիստ մտահոգիչ է, որ արդեն 24 ժամ է ծպտուն չեն հանում այս առնչությամբ։
