Տուն-ինտերնատի օրակարգային գլխավոր հարցը խնամյալների կենսապայմանների բարելավումն է

 Երևանի Թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատի օրակարգային հարցերից է խնամյալների կենսապայմանների բարելավումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց Երևանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վահան Զուրաբյանը:

«Ես այս պաշտոնը ստանձնել եմ մի քանի ամիս առաջ: Բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ են եղել, որոնք դեռ շարունակում են մնալ: Մենք չենք հերքում, չենք ասում, որ խնդիրներ չկան, սակայն պետք է ընդգծել` այնպիսի իրավիճակ է, որ մի քանի ամսում հնարավոր չէր ամբողջը կարգավորել: Բայց նաև պետք է ասեմ, որ այդ խնդիրները լուծելի են, և մենք աշխատում ենք այդ ուղղությամբ: Ձեզ վստահեցնում եմ՝ թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատը արդարացնելու է իր անվանումը, այն լինելու է հանրապետության համար 1 ինտերնատը»,-ասաց Վահան Զուրաբյանը:

Տուն-ինտերնատի շենքը կառուցվել է 1953 թ., և կա հիմնանորոգման լուրջ խնդիր: Այժմ Քուվեյթի ֆինանսավորմամբ կառուցվել է նոր մասնաշենք, որի նմանը տարածաշրջանում գոյություն չունի: Մնացել է միայն մասնաշենքի գույքի ձեռքբերումը, որպեսզի խնամյալները տեղափոխվեն նոր շենք: Նոր մասնաշենքը կառուցված է 72 խնամյալի համար, գույքն արդեն մատակարարվում է, սեպտեմբեր ամսին տարեցները կտեղափոխվեն նոր շենք:

Վահան Զուրաբյանն առաջնային անելիքների տեսանկյունից կարևոր է համարում ակումբի վերանորոգումը, շենքի հարմարեցումը հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար: Անդրադառնալով մամուլի այն հրապարակմանը, որ հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունեցող խնամյալները նույն հարկի տակ են ապրում մյուսների հետ, Վահան Զուրաբյանը նշեց, որ, իր կարծիքով, նման խնդիր, այո, կա: 

«Փաստաթղթային առումով մենք խնդիր չունենք, բայց կարծում եմ, որ իրականում նմանատիպ խնդիր ունենք: Ես չեմ բացառում, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում մարդը ձեռք բերի հոգեկան խնդիրներ:Կարգն այժմ այսպիսին է. ես Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժարան 30 հոգու ցուցակ եմ ներկայացրել՝ խնդրելով, որ հոգեբույժների խումբը գա և զննի նրանց: Մինչև բժշկական եզրակացությունը չլինի, ես չեմ կարող ասել, թե նրանցից քանիսը հոգեկան խնդիր ունեն: Ես իրավունք չունեմ առանց եզրակացության ինչ-որ բան անել:Մայիսի 22-ին ենք դիմել, բայց դեռ պատասխան չենք ստացել»,- նշեց նա:

Նա համամիտ չէ այն դիտարկումներին, թե տուն-ինտերնատում սնունդը բավական վատ որակի է, իսկ խոհանոցում սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանները չեն ապահովվում:

«Ես վստահաբար կարող եմ ասել, որ իմ աշխատելու ամիսներին տարեցներին տրվող սննդի որակը բավական բարձրացվել է: Ինչ վերաբերում է խոհանոցային պայմաններին, ապա, այո խնդիրներ կան, սակայն այնպես չէ, ինչպես մամուլում ներկայացվում է: Իրականում այդտեղ նույնպես մենք բավական առաջընթաց ունենք: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կուզենայի ասել, որ պետք չէ դատողություններ անել` հենվելով ուղղորդված տեսանյութերի վրա: Մի փոքր համբերեք, մենք ինքներս կհրավիրենք լրատվամիջոցներին և ցույց կտանք մեր արած աշխատանքը»,-ասաց Վահան Զուրաբյանը: Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե ովքեր են ուղղորդողները, տուն-ինտերնատի տնօրենը նշեց, որ աշխատակիցների այն խումբը, որը չի ցանկանում աշխատել իր ներկայացրած պահանջներով:

«Իսկ ես պահանջում եմ, որ իմ աշխատողները իմանան օրենքի տառին համապատասխանող իրենց պարտականությունները: Ես պահանջում եմ առավոտյան ժամը 9:00-ին գալ աշխատանքի, այլ ոչ թե 11:00-ին,և գնալ 18:00-ից ոչ շուտ: Իմ ներկայացրած պայմաններով չեն ուզում աշխատել, հետևաբար դժգոհում են»,-ավելացրեց Վահան Զուրաբյանը:

Լրագրողները բարձրացրեցին նաև տուն-ինտերնատում մահացությունների հարցը: Վահան Զուրաբյանը նշեց, որ Երևանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատում 2017 թ. ընթացքում 25 խնամյալ են մահացել: Մինչ մարտի 14-ը մահացել են 13 մարդ, մարտի 14-ից հետո՝ 12 մարդ: Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե դա, արդյոք, բա՞րձր ցուցանիշ է նախորդ տարիների համեմատ, Վահան Զուրաբյան նշեց, որ  նախորդ տարիների ցուցանիշները դեռ չի ուսումնասիրել:
