ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 16 ՀՈՒՆԻՍԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունում հունիսի 16-ին կայացել է խորհրդակցություն՝ նվիրված Գյուղատնտեսության քաղաքականության մոնիթորինգի և գնահատման կարողությունների զարգացման ծրագրի քննարկմանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցում էին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը, Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչին, Համաշխարհային բանկի գյուղատնտեսության գծով գլխավոր տնտեսագետ Բեկզոդ Շամսիևը, Համաշխարհային բանկի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի գյուղատնտեսության գծով գլխավոր մասնագետ Արուսյակ Ալավերդյանը:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին նաև ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հարությունյանը, Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Գեղամ Գևորգյանը, պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք:

«Մենք չունենք գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտի զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ դեզագրեգացված գյուղատնտեսական տվյալների բազա, որը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա մշակել գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման ծրագրեր: Շնորհակալ ենք Ճապոնիայի կառավարությանը և Համաշխարհային բանկին՝ գյուղատնտեսության բոլոր ցուցանիշներն ու տվյալները թվայնացնելու ծրագրի մասին մեր առաջարկն ընդունելու և աջակցելու համար»,- իր խոսքում նշել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

Ճապոնիայի դեսպանը նշել է, որ Ճապոնիայի կառավարության աջակցությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը հիմնականում միտված է սոցիալական և տնտեսական զարգացման ուղղություններին, և այս ծրագրի մեկնարկը շատ կարևոր քայլ է Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման համար: 

Ներկայացնելով ծրագրի մանրամասները՝ Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Գեղամ Գևորգյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Ճապոնիայի կառավարության կողմից Համաշխարհային բանկի միջնորդությամբ տրամադրվել է 1.8 մլն դոլարի դրամաշնորհ, որի հիմնական նպատակը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում մոնիթորինգի և տվյալների հավաքագրումն է:

 Աշխարհագրական թվայնացման նշված համակարգով իրականացվում է տիեզերական պատկերների, հեռավար զոնդավորման, սպեկտրալ անալիզի վերլուծություն, վնասների գնահատում, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում առկա ամբողջ տվյալների հավաքագրում (հողերի կարգավիճակ, մշակովի և անմշակ հողտեսքեր, ջրային ռեսուրսներ, տվյալ տարածքում աճեցվող մշակաբույսերի տեսակներ և այլն):

Ծրագրի մեկնարկը նախատեսվում է հուլիս ամսին՝ հանրապետության մեկ մարզում, պիլոտային ձևաչափով: Ծրագրի աշխատանքներում կներգրավվեն հիմնականում հայ մասնագետները, ովքեր կանցնեն համապատասխան վերապատրաստում՝ ծրագրի հետագա սպասարկումը ևս իրականացնելու համար:
