ՀՀ Նախագահը կարևորել է ՀԱԷԿ-ի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման ծրագիրը և հանձնարարել կայանը պահել մշտական հսկողության տակ

ՀՀ Նախագահի հետ աշխատանքային հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը հունիսի 16-ին զեկուցել է ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների, ակնկալվող արդյունքների, ընթացիկ ծրագրերի և առկա խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորությունների մասին։ 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Աշոտ Մանուկյանը Նախագահին տեղեկացրել է տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության ծրագրերի և այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացվող միջոցառումների, մասնավորապես` Իրան-Հայաստան և Հայաստան-Վրաստան էլեկտրահաղորդման բարձրավոլտ օդային գծերի կառուցման ծրագրերի ընթացքի մասին։ 

Հանրապետության Նախագահը հանձնարարել է ակտիվացնել աշխատանքները, անել ամեն հնարավորը նախատեսված ծրագրերը սահմանված ժամկետում ավարտելու համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրանք կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն ինչպես Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգի անվտանգության և հուսալիության, այնպես էլ տարածաշրջանային ծրագրերում մեր երկրի ներգրավվածության ապահովման գործում։ 

Այս համատեքստում նախարար Մանուկյանը զեկուցել է բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական ցանցերի ենթակայանների նորոգման և արդիականացման լայնամասշտաբ ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքն ու ակնկալվող արդյունքները։ 

Նախարարն անդրադարձել է ՀԱԷԿ-ի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման և արդիականացման ծրագրին, ներկայացրել կատարված աշխատանքներն ու առաջիկա անելիքները։ Կարևորելով ՀԱԷԿ-ի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման ծրագիրը՝ Նախագահը հանձնարարել է այն պահել մշտական հսկողության տակ, պատշաճ ուշադրություն հատկացնել կայանի անվտանգության բարձրացման միջոցառումների որակին։ 

Աշոտ Մանուկյանը ներկայացրել է նաև էներգետիկ ոլորտի հեռանկարային (մինչև 2036թ. ընկած ժամանակահատվածում) զարգացման լրամշակված հայեցակարգի հիմնադրույթները։

Նախարարը Հանրապետության Նախագահին զեկուցել է Հայաստանում «կանաչ էներգետիկայի» զարգացման հեռանկարների, մասնավորապես՝ արևից, քամուց, ինչպես նաև կենցաղային կոշտ թափոնների վերամշակումից էլեկտրական էներգիայի ստացման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերի, տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության հեռանկարների մասին։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել ընդերքի կառավարման արդյունավետության, ընդերքօգտագործման բնապահպանական խնդիրների և ընդերքի համալիր համապարփակ ուսումնասիրման անհրաժեշտության հարցերին։ Դրանց վերաբերյալ տրվել են մի շարք հանձնարարականներ։ 

Հանրապետության Նախագահը հանձնարարել է նաև արագացնել չգազաֆիկացված բնակավայրերի տնտեսությունների կենցաղային կարիքների ապահովման այլընտրանքային տարբերակների գնահատման աշխատանքները՝ առաջնահերթ կերպով անդրադառնալով սահմանամերձ համայնքների խնդիրների արդյունավետ լուծման տարբերակներին:
