Գյումրիում ներկայացվեցին Հայաստան-Վրաստան սահմանային համայնքներում իրականացվող ծրագրերը

Գյումրու տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնի բակում հունիսի 16-ին տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստան-Վրաստան Արևելյան գործընկերության Տարածքային համագործակցության (ԱԳՏՀ) ծրագրի շրջանակում երկու երկրների սահմանային համայնքներում իրականացվող ծրագրերի ցուցահանդես: «Երիտասարդների զբաղվածության ընդհանուր մարտահրավերի լուծում՝ միջսահմանային զբոսաշրջության զարգացման միջոցով», «Լավ է միասին. Ջավախք և Շիրակ էկոշրջանների պահպանության համատեղ գործողություն», «Հեծանվային և գյուղական միջսահմանային միասնական զբոսաշրջություն», «Ընդհանուր լուծումներ միասնական հիմնախնդիրներին», «Միջսահմանային տնտեսական զարգացում», «Հեքիաթները սովորեցնում են վստահել» և այլն. սրանք այն ծրագրերից են, որոնք իրականացվում են Հայաստան-Վրաստան Արևելյան գործընկերության Տարածքային համագործակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում: Ծրագրի շնորհիվ զգալի կերպով բարելավել է երկու երկրների միջև փոխըմբռնումը՝ նպաստելով վստահելի գործարար կապերի ստեղծմանը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ցուցահանդեսին ներկա էին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանն, ով նաև հանդիսանում է ծրագրի Համատեղ որոշումներ ընդունող խմբի նախագահը, Վրաստանի տարածքային զարգացման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Իրակլի Մատկավան և ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության Համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Գրիգորի Ցուրիսը, Շիրակի մարզային ու Գյումրու քաղաքային իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները, քաղաքացիական հասարակության անդամներ, դոնորներ, գործարարներ: Հյուրերը մեկ առ մեկ ծանոթացան իրականացվող ծրագրերին:
Հայաստան-Վրաստան տարածքային համագործակցության ծրագրում Հայաստանից ներառված է 9135 քառ.կմ տարածք, իսկ Վրաստանից 12,941 քառ.կմ: Ծրագրում ներառվել են հայ-վրացական սահմանի 225 կմ երկայնքով տեղակայված շրջանները Հայաստանի՝ Լոռի, Շիրակ և Տավուշ և Վրաստանի ՔվեմոՔարթլին և Սամցխե-Ջավախեթին: Ծրագիրը պաշտոնապես մեկնարկել է 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերին: Համագործակցության ծրագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստանում և Վրաստանում գործող 33 կազմակերպություններից բաղկացած 9 միջսահմանային կոնսորցիումների տրամադրվել են դրամաշնորհեր՝ լուծումներ առաջարկելու տարածքային զարգացման տարատեսակ հիմնախնդիրների:
