Հայկ Ալումյանը միջնոդություն ներկայացրեց զինված խմբի գործով երկու պաշտպաններին վարույթից հեռացնելու

Երեւանի Նորք-Մարաշ թաղամասում վնասազերծված զինված խմբի գործով դատական նիստին այսօր՝ հունիսի 16-ին, Պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար, ամբաստանյալ Վահան Շիրխանյանի շահերի պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանը միջնորդեց վարույթից հեռացնել ամբաստանյալներ Արթուր Վարդանյանի եւ Հայր Անտոն Դիկրան Թոթոնջյանի շահերի պաշտպաններին:
Հայկ Ալումյանը նշեց, որ փաստաբաններ Լեւոն Բաղդասարյանն ու Սիրուշ Աղվանյանը պաշտպանել են մեղադրյալներին, որոնք տարբեր դիրքորոշումներ ունեն եւ չեն կարող մնալ քրեական գործի վարույթում։
Փաստաբան Հայկ Ալումյանի միջնորդությանը միացան մյուս ամբաստանյալների շահերի պաշտպանների մեծ մասը: Ամբաստանյալներ Վարդանյանը եւ Թոթոնջյանը առարկեցին Հայկ Ալումյանի միջնորդությանը։ Դատարանը, խորհրդակացական սենյակից վերադառնալով, միջնորդությունը մերժեց՝ պատճառաբաներով, որ պաշտպանյալները առարկություն չեն ներկայացրել։
Նշենք, որ դատավոր Բեկթաշյանը մերժեց նաեւ փաստաբան Հայկ Ալումյանի ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդությունը։ Դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց եւ նշանակվեց հունիսի 20-ին:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Արթուր Վարդանյանը 2015թ. ապրիլից ստեղծել ու ղեկավարել է ՀՀ քաղաքացիներից կազմված հանցավոր համագործակցություն, կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, պահել, փոխադրել և կրել մեծ քանակությամբ զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր, պայթուցիկ սարքեր` նպատակ ունենալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իշխանությունը յուրացնել: Այսինքն` զավթել` բռնություն գործադրելու կամ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, ինչը ավարտին չի հասցվել նրա կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում, քանի որ հանցավոր համագործակցության մեջ ներգրավված անձինք բացահայտվել ու 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 25-ին վնասազերծվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից:
Հայր Անտոն Դիկրան Թոթոնջյանն էլ 2015թ. ապրիլից անձնապես ծանոթացել է Իսպանիայից ժամանած Արթուր Վարդանյանի հետ, մասնակցել է վերջինիս կողմից ստեղծված ու ղեկավարած հանցավոր համագործակցությանը` ֆինանսավորելով այն:
Պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար Վահան Շիրխանյանը, Գառնիկ Մարգարյանը, Վլադիմիր Առաքելյանը, Խաչիկ Ավետիսյանը, Ավետիս Բարեյանը, Վաղինակ Ստեփանյանը, Արթուր Եղիազարյանը, Վահագն Սալնազարյանը, Արման Հայրապետյանը, Էդվարդ Ներսիսյանը, Հարություն Սարիբեկյանը, Արա Պողոսյանը, Տիգրան Բոյաջյանը, Գեւորգ Ջնդոյանը, Արկադի Մարդոյանը, Ասյա Մկրտչյանը, Մարինե Կաթանյանը, Նելլի Մինասյանը նույնպես միացել են Արթուր Վարդանյանին:
