Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել` Ալավերդի քաղաքում 39-ամյա Կ.Փիրուզյանի սպանության համար

ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են հունիսի 13-ին Ալավերդի քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքներ. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նույն քաղաքի 1991թ. ծնված բնակչին:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017 թվականի հունիսի 13-ին` ժամը 12:10-ի սահմաններում, Ալավերդի քաղաքում հնչել են կրակոցներ, որի արդյունքում ստացված հրազենային վնասվածքներից մահացել է քաղաքացի Կամո Փիրուզյանը (ծնված 1978թ):
Քրեական գործով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Կամո Փիրուզյանի ուղղությամբ Ալավերդի քաղաքի Թումանյան 20 հասցեում գտնվող խանութի մոտ «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից կրակոցներ է արձակել նույն քաղաքի մեկ այլ բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1991 թ.։ Դեպքի պահին վերջինս գտնվել է նույն հասցեում գտնվող ծաղկի վաճառքի սրահում, որտեղից էլ սկսել է կրակոցներ արձակել դրսում գտնվող Կ.Փիրուզյանի ուղղությամբ, ինչը շարունակել է ծաղկի սրահից դուրս գալուց հետո, ապա նաև՝ ոտքերով հարվածել տուժողի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 26-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։ Մեղադրյալը հարցաքննվել է և ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի, շարժառիթների վերաբերյալ։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
