Հունիսի 16-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում տեղի է ունեցել hայկական կուսակցությունների երրորդ համաժողովի պաշտոնական բացման արարողությունը, որին մասնակցում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացված դաշինքների եւ վերջիններիս մաս կազմող կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաեւ խոշոր արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերը եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանական ու արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերը:

Համաժողովի պաշտոնական բացմանը մասնակցել են Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը, Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Պարգեւ արքեպիսկոպոս Մարտիրոսյանը:

Բացելով համաժողովը Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է, որ հայկական կուսակցությունների հերթական համաժողովի անցկացումը փաստում է, որ հաջողվել պարբերաբար Արցախում քաղաքական ուժերի հանդիպում հրավիրելու հինգ տարի առաջ հայտարարված նպատակը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը համաժողովի  մասնակիցներին է ներկայացրել ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ողջույնի ուղերձը, որում մասնավորապես ասված է. «Անհրաժեշտ է մեր քաղաքական մշակույթի մեջ խարսխվել հետեւյալ սկզբունքով. քաղաքական դաշտում տիրող բազմակարծությունը բնավ խոչընդոտ չէ մեր առջեւ  ծառացող բարդ խնդիրների շուրջ քննարկումներ ծավալելու եւ լուծումներ գտնելու համար: Կարեւորում եմ այն հանգամանքը, որ այս անգամ որպես միջոցառման համակազմակերպիչ հանդես է գալիս նաեւ ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովը: Վստահ եմ, որ այս ձեւաչափը կարող է կարեւոր դեր կատարել հայկական քաղաքական մշակույթի զարգացման գործում»:

Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, ողջունելով մասնակիցներին, կարեւորել է նման քաղաքական համաժողովների դերը երկու հայկական պետությունների քաղաքական շրջանակների միջեւ:

«Քաղաքական նման համաժողովները լավ հարթակ են հայոց պետականաշինության, Հայրենիք-Սփյուռք կապերի ամրապնդման, համաշխարհային եւ տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին վերաբերող տարբեր հարցեր քննարկելու եւ դրանց մասին ավելի խոր պատկերացում կազմելու տեսանկյունից»,-նշել է Բակո Սահակյանը:

Ֆորումի մասնակիցներին արգասաբեր աշխատանք է մաղթել ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը:

«Միջկուսակցական կառուցողական  համագործակցությունն ավելի է մեծացնում այն ներուժը եւ հնարավորությունները, որ ունեն Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերն առանձին-առանձին: Միայն համատեղ ջանքերի միջոցով կարելի է առկա մարտահրավերները վերածել նոր հնարավորությունների` անվտանգություն ու զարգացում ապահովելու Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի հանրապետությունների համար»,-կարեւորել է Արա Բաբլոյանը:

Այնուհետեւ մասնակիցներին օրհնանքի խոսք է հղել Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Պարգեւ արքեպիսկոպոս Մարտիրոսյանը:

Համաժողովի աշխատանքներին ՀՀ-ից մասնակցում են 14 կուսակցության, իսկ Արցախից՝ 6 կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչներ:

Միջկուսակցական համաժողովի կազմակերպիչներն են Արցախի Հանրապետության  Ազգային ժողովը եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը:

Համաժողովը կշարունակվի հունիսի 17-ին եւ կեզրափակվի հունիսի 18-ին:
