Շիրակի մարզի խոշորացված Սարապատում մի շարք հիմնախնդիրներ արդեն լուծված են

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը՝ Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանի ուղեկցությամբ հունիսի 16-ին այցելել են Շիրակի մարզի խոշորացված Սարապատ համայնք, հանդիպել համայնքի ղեկավարի, աշխատակազմի, ավագանու, վարչական ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունի! ց:
Աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ Վաչե Տերտերյանն ու Արթուր Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել են տեղական ինքնակառավարման ոլորտում բարեփոխումների ընթացիկ փուլի առաջնայնությունները, գործընթացային և առօրյա աշխատանքին վերաբերող կարևոր հիմնահարցեր:
Սարապատ համայնքի ղեկավար Արտուշ Մանուկյանը ներկայացրել է անցած ամիսներին իրականացված աշխատանքները, որոնք հնարավոր են եղել իրականացնել միայն բնակավայրերի հնարավորությունների միավորման արդյունքում:
«Կարողացել ենք ձեռք բերել երկու տրակտոր, որոնց միջոցով իրականացրել ենք Սարապատ-Գոգահովիտ-Հողմիկ 7 կմ ճանապարհահատվածի, Սալուտ- Բաշգյուղ- Փոքր Սարիար- Կաքավասար- Սարապատ- Ձորաշեն բնակավայրերի 28 կմ, Թորոսգյուղ- Լեռնագյուղ- Բաշգյուղ 5 կմ ճանապարհների հարթեցման և հողային աշխատանքներ, ինչն իրապես կարևոր աշխատանք էր բոլոր այս բնակավայրերի համար»,- ասել է Արտուշ Մանուկյանը:
Համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալն էլ, որը մինչ խոշորացումը ղեկավարել էր Փոքր Սարիար համայնքը, նկատել է, որ մինչ խոշորացումը թերահավատորեն էի նայում միավորման արդյունավետությանը, սակայն հիմա դրական տեղաշարժերը երկար սպասեցնել չտվեցին: Նրա խոսքով, Փոքր Սարիարի համար դաշտային աշխատանքների իրականացման անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերումը երազանքի նման մի բան էր 20 տարի շարունակ, սակայն հիմա Սարապատն ունի 3 միավոր տեխնիկա, որն առավել դյուրացնում է գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները:
«Ձեր օրինակը լավագույններից մեկն է, երբ համայնքի խոշորացումն արդյունք է տվել, իրականացվել են ծրագրեր, որոնք մինչ խոշորացումը չէին կատարվել»,- նշել է Վաչե Տերտերյանը:
Քննարկման ժամանակ անդրադարձ է եղել նաև համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման խնդիրներին: Մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը կարևորել է սեփական եկամուտների ժամանակին հավաքագրումը:
«Հավասարակշիռ թիմ եք ձևավորել, կարող եք աշխատել, մնում է ձեր աշխատանքը լինի թափանցիկ, վստահ եմ հարկերի հավաքագրման ցուցանիշներն առավել կբարձրանան, եթե դուք ապահովեք բյուջետային ծախսերի վերաբերյալ բացարձակ թափանցիկություն»,-ասել է Շիրակի մարզպետը:
