Քրեական աշխարհում հայտնի Դոն Պիպոյի՝ Արթուր Ասատրյանի դեմ մահափորձ նախապատրաստելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված Արկադի Քոչինյանի շահերի պաշտպանը դիմել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե՝ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում նրա անվտանգությունը ապահովելու պահանջով: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբան Արմինե Ֆանյանը նշեց, որ բավարար հիմքեր կան ենթադրելու, որ իր պաշտպանյալին ՔԿՀ-ում վտանգ է սպառնում:

«Քննչական խմբի ղեկավարին դիմում եմ հասցեագրել պաշտպանյալիս անվտանգությունը քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում ապահովելու խնդրանքով: Բավարար հիմքեր ունենք ենթադրելու, որ պաշտպանյալիս այնտեղ հնարավոր է՝ վտանգ սպառնա»,-ասաց նա:

Արմինե Ֆանյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրել էր, որ Արկադի Քոչինյանին մինչեւ ձերբակալելն անհայտ անձինք պահել են անազատության մեջ եւ 3 օր շարունակ ծեծի ենթարկել, որից հետո հանձնել են ոստիկաններին: Այժմ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն է նշանակվել ծեծի ենթարկելու հանգամանքները պարզելու համար:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից՝ պատվերով, անձի (Դոն Պիպոյի) սպանության նախապատրաստության, զենք-ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու եւ պահելու համար մայիսի 27-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 հոգու՝  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 35-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ, 8-րդ  կետերով եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով։

Քննությամբ պարզվել է առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության նախապատրաստության համար անհրաժեշտ փոխադրամիջոցը ձեռք բերելու նպատակով խմբի անդամներին գումար տրամադրած անձի ինքնությունը, եւ որ  խմբի անդամների միջեւ հաղորդակցությունն ապահովելու նպատակով  օգտագործվել են այլ երկրի բջջային օպերատորների հեռախոսաքարտեր։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, հնարավոր առնչություն ունեցող անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու եւ նրանց գործողություններն անհատականացնելու ուղղությամբ:
