Հեղեղները փլուզել են «Մանասի առու» կոչվող ինքնահոս ջրանցքը եւ լեռնային արոտավայրեր տանող ճանապարհը

 Վերջին օրերին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում տեղացած առատ անձրեւներից առաջացած հեղեղը մոտ 15 մետր երկարությամբ եւ մի քանի մետր խորությամբ ու լայնությամբ փլուզել է  «Մանասի առու» կոչվող ինքնահոս բետոնապատ ջրանցքը, որը ոռոգման ջուր է մատակարարում Վաղաշեն գյուղին եւ Մարտունի քաղաքին: Լեռան բարձրաբերձ փեշով ձգվող  ջրանցքի հետ փլուզվել է նաեւ կից ճանապարհը, որը սպասարկում է Վաղաշենի եւ Մարտունու ամառային արոտավայրերÕ « անասնապահական տնտեսություններին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Վաղաշենի գյուղապետ Արթուր Սուվարյանը, հեղեղները քշել են բետոնապատ առուն, ապա մի քանի մետր լայնությամբ ու խորությամբ եւ հարյուրավոր մետրեր երկարությամբ ձորակ առաջացրել լեռան զառիթափի` մինչեւ Մարտունի գետի ափը: Հեղեղի քշած քարակույտերն ու տիղմը փակել են նաեւ Մարտունու եւ Վաղաշենի յայլաղատեղեր տանող գետափնյա ճանապարհը, ինչի հետեւանքով մի քանի անասնապահական տնտեսություններ երկու օր չեն կարողացել իրենց քոչերն իջեցնÕ �լ յայլաղներից:

 «Մարտունի» ՋՕԸ նախագահ Թաթուլ Կարապետյանի հավաստմամբ` հոկտեմբերի 12-ին բացվել է գետափնյա ճանապարհը, եւ անասնապահական տնտեսություններն արդեն ամառային արոտատեղերից բնակավայրեր են տեղափոխել իրենց բեռներն ու անասունները:«Ջրանցքի եւ ճանապարհի փլված մասերը վերականգնելու նպատակով  տեղում ուսումնասիրություն է  կատարել ՀՀ գյուղնախարարության ջրտնտպետկոմի համապատասխան հանձնաժողովը: Փլված ջրանցքից եւ ճանապարհից օգտվում են երկու համայնքների հազարավոր ընտանիքներ, այնպես որ, դրանց վերականգնումը հրատապ ու օրախնդիր հ արց է»,-նշեց Թաթուլ Կարապետյանը: Վաղաշենի գյուղապետարանում եւ Մարտունու քաղաքապետարանում եւս մտահոգ են ստեղծված իրավիճակից:»Մանասի առուն, որ ձգվում է մոտ 15 կլիոմետր, մեր համայնքին ոռոգման ջուր մատակարարող հիմնական միջոցներից մեկն է, իսկ փլված լեռնային ճանապարհը` անասնապահական տնտեսություններին սպասարկող գլխավոր ուղին: Առանց դրանց վերականգնման դժվար կլինի պատկերացնել Վաղաշենի գյուղատնտեսական կյանքի կազմակերպումը»,-նշեց Վաղաշենի գյուղապետ Արթուր Սուվարյանը:
