Երեխան խփում է ու լաց լինում, երբ մերժում են որևէ բան անել կամ տալ. ի՞նչ անել. պարզաբանում է հոգեբանը

Ներկայացնում է «Երկուսով» հոգեբանական մասնագիտացված կենտրոնի տնօրեն, հոգեբան Անուշ Ալեքսանյանը:

 

Երկու տարեկան երեխան խփում է, երկար լաց է լինում մերժման դեպքում. ի՞նչ անել: Նախ` հաշվիառեք, որ 2 տարեկանում երեխայի կյանքում  մի նոր, դժվար փուլ է սկսվում: Այս պարագայումհետևեք նաև երեխայի դաստիարակության հարցում ձեր մոտեցումներին ու հասկացեք՝ ի՞նչն է թույլտալիս երեխային այդպիսի վարք դրսևորել:

 

Այս դեպքում խփելն ու իր պահանջի համար երկար լաց լինելը նույն երևույթի տարբեր դրսևորումներեն, մեկը պասիվ ագրեսիա է, մյուսը՝ ակտիվ:

 

Երկուսի դեպքում էլ պետք է մի բան անել: Եթե երեխան լացով է պահանջում որևէ բան, ապա պետքչէ կատարել դա, տվյալ դեպքում լացը պարզապես ամրապնդված վարքի ձև է, որով երեխանպահանջում է կատարել իր ուզածը, այլ լեզվով ասած՝ ստիպում է ձեզ ենթարկվել իրեն: Նույնբանն անում է նաև այլ երեխաների հետ շփվելիս՝ խփում է և ստիպում է իրեն ենթարկվել:

 

Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, դուք ի՞նչ պիտի անեք այս իրավիճակում:

 

Կարծում եմ՝ պատասխանը պարզ է. պետք է վերականգնել ձեր իշխանությունը իրավիճակինկատմամբ:

 

Դա անհրաժեշտ է երեխայի առողջ զարգացման համար: Երեխան պիտի ունենա իրավիճակըտնօրինող և իրավիճակը կառավարող ծնողներ, որպեսզի հոգեպես իրեն ապահով ու ամուր զգա:

 

Եթե երեխան լացով որևէ բան է պահանջում, չեք անում և վերջ: Որքան դուք անեք լացովպահանջածը, այդքան հաջորդ անգամվա լացն ավելի ուժգին ու երկարատև է լինելու: Բացիայդ, քայքայվելու է երեխայի հուզական ամրությունը, և նա ավելի նյարդային ու անկառավարելի էդառնալու: Պարզապես ձեր մերժումները պիտի լինեն հիմնավորված և հաստատ: Բակում մեկ այլերեխային խփելու ժամանակ փորձեք իր մոտ լինել և անընդհատ խանգարել դա անել, թույլ մի տվեքայնքան, մինչև երեխան լաց լինի ու գա ձեր գիրկը: Դա ավելի ճիշտ է, քան ինքը խփի ու կարծի, որիրեն դա թույլատրված է: Լացը սեփական զգացմունքներն արտահայտելու ավելի լավ տարբերակ է,քան խփելը: Այսինքն՝ եթե երեխան մի բան է ուզում, իսկ կողքի բալիկը չի տալիս, ավելի լավ է՝ ինքըլաց լինի, քան խփի:

 

Այս ամբողջ ընթացքում արգելեք խփել, թույլ մի տվեք, որ լացով որևէ բան ստանա, բայց բացառեքերեխայի նկատմամբ կոպտությունն ու ագրեսիան: Այսինքն՝ արգելում եք սիրով, մերժում եք սիրով,խոսում եք հանգիստ տոնով:

 

Աշխատանքում էլ միշտ հարգում են խաղաղ ու հանգիստ, դիմացինին հարգող, բայց ուժեղղեկավարներին: Պիտի ղեկավարեք ձեր բալիկին, ոչ թե ծառայեք:
