Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցելով ավելի շատ բան է ձեռք բերել, քան մյուս պետությունները` ԵՄ-ի հետ. Կիրո Մանոյան

ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի և քաղաքական հարցերի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Կիրո Մանոյանը գտնում է, որ այն պետությունները, որոնք առանց Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամակցելու Եվրամիության հետ ստորագրեցին ասոցացման համաձայնագիր այնքան էլ չեն շահել:
«Այն փաստը, որ Եվրամիության հետ Հայաստանը շուտով կստորագրի համագործակցության նոր պայմանագիր, որտեղ ինչ-որ չափով կլինեն նաև առևտրային և տնտեսական հարաբերություններ, վկայում է այն մասին, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցությունը իրականում չի խոչընդոտում եվրամիության հետ հարաբերությունների սերտացմանը»,- Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:
Ըստ նրա` Հայաստանի հետ ասոցացման համաձայնագիրը ունենալու հիմնական չցանկացող կողմը ԵՄ-ն էր: «Եթե ԵՄ-ն մերժողական, նեղացածի կեցվածք չորդեգրեր, ապա բանակցությունները կզարգանային: ԵՄ-ն էլ պատրվակ բերեց, որ Հայաստանի՝ ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցությունը խոչընդոտ է, որ Հայաստանի հետ ստորագրի պայմանագիրը: Որքան արևմուտքը մերժի, Հայաստանն էլ ավելի կընկնի Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության տակ»,-ասաց նա:
Դիտարկմանը, թե վերջին պահին Հայաստանը հրաժարվեց ասոցացման համաձայնագրից, Կիրո Մանոյանը պատասխանեց. «Հայաստանը չի հրաժարվել, սեպտեմբերի 3-ի որոշումը չի ասում, որ Հայաստանը չի ուզում ասոցացման համաձայնագիր, այլ ասում է, որ Հայաստանը ցանկանում է միանալ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը, իսկ ԵՄ-ն ասաց, որ անհամատեղելի են: Այսօր ինչպե՞ս է, որ այդ նույն պայմանագրի քաղաքական բաժինը էլի ստորագրվելու է»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ԵՄ ասոցացման համաձայնագրի տնտեսական բաղադրիչին, Կիրո Մանոյանի խոսքով՝ մենք ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցելով տնտեսապես ավելի ենք շահել, քան ԵՄ-ի հետ համաձայնագիրը կնքած պետությունները: Հարցին, թե մեր տնտեսության ո՞ր ճյուղերն են զարգացել, նա պատասխանեց. «Մեր արտաքին առևտուրը մեծացել է: ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների հետ մեր առևտուրը մեծացել է: Նույնիսկ այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում մենք ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցելով ավելի շատ բան ենք ձեռք բերել, քան մյուս պետությունները Եվրամիության հետ, բացի վիզային ռեժիմից, սակայն, ի վերջո, դրա վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի հետ բանակցությունները ևս սկսվելու են»:
