«Իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների» զորակազմը (ԻՀՊԶ, Իրանի զինված ուժերի ընտիր բաղադրիչը) վեց հրթիռ Է արձակել Սիրիայում ահաբեկիչների դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, որոնք մեծ ճշգրտությամբ խոցել են թիրախները: ԻՀՊԶ-ի օդատիեզերական ուժերի կողմից հասցված հրթիռային հարվածի այս մանրամասները հայտնել Է Fars գործակալությունը:
Գործակալության տվյալներով՝ «միջին հեռահարության վեց բալիստիկ հրթիռներ են արձակվել ահաբեկիչների դիրքերի ուղղությամբ Սիրիայի Դեր Զորի շրջանում, դրանք կտրել-անցել են Իրաքի օդային տարածությունը եւ բարձր ճշգրտությամբ խոցել առաջադրված թիրախները»:
Զորակազմի հրամանատարության՝ ավելի վաղ տարածած հայտարարության մեջ նշվում Է, որ միջին հեռահարության «երկիր - երկիր» դասի հրթիռներն արձակվել են Քերմանշահի եւ Քրդստանի նահանգներում զորակազմի ռազմակայաններից: «Ի պատասխան ահաբեկիչների հանցագործությունների, որոնք խորդադի 17-ին (իրանական օրացույցով ամսաթիվ, որը համապատասխանում Է հունիսի 7-ին) կատարվեցին Թեհրանում, «Իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների» զորակազմը հրթիռային հարված Է հասցրել ահաբեկիչների կուտակումներին, նրանց հրամանատարական կետերին եւ ապահովման կետերին Սիրիայի արեւելքի Դեր Զորի շրջանում»,- ասված Է հայտարարության մեջ:
Հունիսի 7-ին ահաբեկիչների խմբերը հարձակում են գործել Թեհրանում Իրանի խորհրդարանի եւ Իրանի մայրաքաղաքի մերձակայքում իմամ Խոմեյնիի դամբարանի վրա: Այդ ահաբեկչական գործողությունների զոհ Է դարձել 18 մարդ, շուրջ 50 հոգի վիրավորվել Է, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
